Quaint 5th Floor Condo - Pool and Hot Tub Access!

This condo is located on the fifth floor of Sugar Top with an incredible views of Grandfather and other surrounding mountains. It can accommodate 4 people and includes a queen bed in master bedroom and two twin beds in the second. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and washer/dryer in the unit. On the main level in the lobby you will have full access to a weight room, sauna, Jacuzzi, and indoor pool. Sugar Top has a shuttle system. Please be advised that the parking shuttle is run by SugarTop. Resort Real Estate and Rentals has no control over the shuttle system. Non-smoking and absolutely NO PETS.

All guests required to sign rental agreement upon booking. There is a 3 night minimum.

Great just probably time for a renovation lol. No hot water. Clean! But about evenly priced with fully renovated and updated ones though. Adding Netflix to the tvs would help

Excellent condo, too large a complex

entire condo complex seemed to be massive, somewhat confusing.Had to ride a shuttle to get to the ski shuttle. Condo itself was npce and as advertised.

Smelly Linens

There was a multitude of issues with this property. Mainly I don't think a Chambermaid was in the property before our stay. The linens did not seem clean, and based on a conversation with management they stated they don't always get to all properties. (I'm not sure if she meant managers or Chambermaids). The dryer has no lint trap and lint is spread out everywhere around the washer/dryer combo, what a mess. Several appliances are inoperative, including garbage disposal and lamps. There is an area rug laid over the hearth and would not lay flay, causing a tripping hazard. The primary thumbnail picture for the unit shows the fireplace front-and-center. Management stated they do not advertise the unit as having a fireplace, because they can not confirm the fireplace functions. It did not work. Looks like false advertising. This unit has no Wifi. This should be more clearly stated, instead of omitting Wifi from the listing. In 2022 Wifi is normally assumed in any rental. I did attempt to resolve these issues, and only wrote this after contacting management. The owner needs to spend some money on their investment, it would not take much to make big improvements.
