"-The hotel is conveniently located with stores and food places around. The metro is also close-by,
-The hotel design was very dated but the room was big with huge windows with an excellent view of the city.
-The security of the hotel was excellent. Key card is required to press the button to go up, unlike other five or four star hotels we stayed in other cities.
-The front desk staff were generally efficient and friendly. The male staff we met (the guy who helped update our keys - we had 3 rooms) were especially friendly and helpful.
-The bell staff who helped us with the luggage when we arrived by car and also when we left by car were very helpful."
