“At check-in, I was warmly welcomed by your front desk team, whose kindness and professionalism I truly appreciated. However, I would like to share a few concerns from my stay. During registration, I noticed that my country of origin had been mistakenly recorded as Thailand (THA) instead of Taiwan (TWN). I immediately pointed this out, crossed out the error on the form, and clearly wrote the correct information. The staff assured me that they understood. Yet, upon check-out, the invoice still……
