Located in a quiet residence at the entrance to Banyuls-sur-Mer, this apartment will be the perfect place for a successful vacation.

Equipped for 4 people, it consists of a living room opening onto a covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchenette (filter coffee maker), a bedroom, and a bathroom with toilet.
Thanks to its covered terrace and unobstructed mountain views, you'll enjoy peaceful moments and meals outdoors.

This apartment comes with a private, unobstructed parking space.

Apartment located in a pleasant residence close to everything. On one side you will find the Elmes beach accessible on foot and on the other side the town center of Banyuls accessible through the small streets of old Banyuls.
The beach will allow you to practice several activities such as: Boat rental, Jet-ski, pedal boat or even a scuba diving experience.

Un peu déçue de la qualité du logement, certaines choses très abîmés. Le départ avant 10h est pas très confortable. Passe bien pour un court séjour, jolie vue, près du centre, mais je ne serai pas resté plus longtemps.On a eu un petit problème pour avoir le code de l’immeuble l’agence nous aidant maladroitement.

Séjour réussi. Résidence calme,propre et pas trop mal située. Le seul point peut-être à soulever serait le manque d'une climatisation.

les + : appartement situé en rez de chaussée avec parking personnel, très propre Très bonne agence " Barrio- Banyuls " qui nous a remis un ventilateur . l' accueil fut parfait . rien à redire les - : il faut absolument faire réparer le groom de la porte principale d' entrée au batiment . La porte claque, tres genant la nuit, la fenetre de la chambre etant en face de cette porte Peut etre un vrai four dans la cuisine serait un plus ...
