Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen Einziges b Moll In der Ausschreibung muss unbedingt das extreme Vorhandensein von Stechmücken aller Art erwähnt werden,damit der Gast mit den entsprechenden Mitteln anreist und nach der ersten Nacht nicht am ganzen Körper an den Stichen leidet.

Ein sehr schöner Platz

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Schöner Blick auf das Meer von der Terrasse und aus dem Wohnzimmer. Die Küche ist gut aus gestattet mit einem großen Kühlschrank und Herd. Es ist ruhig, der Verkehr ist nicht zu hören. Die Badebucht war ein weiteres Highlight. Das Wasser war klar und es waren beim Schnorcheln viele Fische zusehen. Das Städtchen konnte man in 10 min gut zu Fuß erreichen. Alles Notwendige konnte in den Supermärkten eingekauft werden. Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen.

La villa et l'emplacement sont fantastiques. C'est propre,joli et très bien équipé. La propriétaire est très aimable et le service de conciergerie au top! En contrebas de la villa, une petite crique merveilleuse! Banyuls est une petite ville très agréable,surtout en mai!!

Traumhafte Lage, gute Ausstattung, allerdings nur in den zwei oberen Schlafzimmern Klimaanlage, was im Zusammenhang mit vielen Stechmücken die Nächte nicht sehr erholsam machte. Die Vermieterin und Hausmeisterfirma sind sehr freundlich und um die Kunden bemüht. Wir empfehlen im Vorfeld zu klären, wie die Hausreinigung abläuft, wenn man diese nicht selbst übernehmen möchte. Das könnte sich aufgrund von Personalmangel schwierig gestalten.

Super villa, fabulous location

A really lovely place to stay. We had plenty of space for four adults in three bedrooms. It was well-furnished, the wi-fi worked faultlessly, and special thanks to the owner's representative who welcomed us, and most particularly came very promptly indeed to deal with a small problem with one of the bathrooms - thank you! We are highly likely to book this villa another time, especially as it represented very good value-for-money at the time we were there (first week of September).

Agréable maison idéalement située

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette maison. La vue est splendide, la crique idyllique est à 3mn à pied et l'endroit est très calme (il peut y avoir du passage devant la terrasse, mais l'allée est en cul-de-sac, donc c'est très occasionnel). La maison est très bien équipée, moderne et lumineuse. Le contact avec la propriétaire a été très agréable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Bleu du ciel et de la mer plein les yeux !

Très bel emplacement (sauf quand il y a beaucoup de vent !) et absolument tranquille en cette saison ; la maison est bien conçue, décorée avec goût. Les balades à pied le long de la côte démarrent dès la maison, on a beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Beautiful and Enchanting Environment

This met our expectations of a Room with a View. The sun rose in oranges, yellows and streaks of red. The full moon rose over the Mediterranean, completely taking our breath away. Lovely setting for a Med vacation in November....even with the Mistral winds that nearly blew us away a few times. It was a wonderfu eperience!!

Voici notre ressenti : très belle maison mais quelle galère !

A la réservation, je me suis assurée que la maison était bien adaptée pour les personnes à mobilité réduite comme cela était indiqué dans la proposition de location. Hélas nous avons vite déchanté... Cette maison n'est pas du tout adaptée pour PMR : pas de possibilité d'entrer dans la chambre avec un fauteuil roulant et pas de possibilité d'entrer dans la salle de bain - wc avec le fauteuil (les portes sont trop étroites) Voici pour les points les plus importants... Je serai moins critique sur le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de barre de soutien dans la douche, que les toilettes ne soient pas rehaussés et que le lit ne soit pas à une hauteur correcte... Et c'est pour cela que nos vacances n'ont pas été satisfaisantes. Il ne faut pas inscrire sur une annonce de location que le lieu est adapté pour PMR alors qu'il ne requiert pars du tout les normes exigées par le sigle "Tourisme Handicap". Sinon c'est une superbe maison avec une vue imprenable sur Banyuls et la méditerranée. Le séjour peut y être très agréable pour des persones valides...
