「A fantastic hotel. The staff couldnt have been more helpful or friendly. A beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.」

「Before I arrived at the hotel, I tried multiple times to communicate with the hotel via the Expedia messaging system. I never got a reply. All I got was a message to say that I need to fill in the registration form before a password to enter the premise will be given to me 24 hours before I check in, and that there is no one at the premise’s reception. Because I don’t speak Spanish, I wanted to communicate with the premise to make sure they had received all my information. I never got a...

「Todo muy bien, hemos disfrutado muchísimo. Experiencia de 10」

「Zeer behulpzame eigenaresse. Ontbijt was keurig verzorgd.」

「Stayed here while walking the Camino Ignaciano. Surprisingly clean, comfortable room for a highway trucker hotel, not too noisy, convenient restaurant downstairs, would recommend. Official Camino route (San Roman de San Milan) only 1 km away. Only regret was no bathtub, only shower but very good and reasonable price.」

「We had a brief single night stop over at Hotel Dolorea. Booked through Expedia, which seemed to cause some confusion for the staff upon arrival but after some investigation by the staff our booking was found. We booked a shared room for a family of four. Room was air conditioned which was a welcome relieve from the near 40C outside. Room was spacious with a very generous sized bathroom, beds were comfy and water was in the mini fridge. There was no kettle in the room. Room/hotel were...

「The company servicing the location were extremely unhelpful and rude. The automated system that was used was unhelpful. The manger that took care of the property Gabriel was very helpful and took care of our problem. we had to wait until he was available at the location which took 2 hours that we waisted. They really need to have somebody at the location to help.」

「The hotel was very clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable and relaxing. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!”」
