“My wife and I felt very lucky to have found The Miners Den which is a very new creation of a great proprietor who really cares about your experience.The hand built cabin is gently fitted to the landscape of balsam firs and hardwoods with a light touch.It reminded me of the few small cabins in the White Mountains you find along the trails.Everything you need less food is provided.For a couple in their sixties with a friendly dog we will be excited to get back there and see what’s happening.Oh……

“It’s name says it all. A perfectly sized, literal “bed room” in the middle of the woods. The fire pit had wood all ready for me to use. If you were to come in the winter, the tiny home has a wood stove to use as well.”

Highly recommended if you want simple, rustic lodging with comfortable accommodations (nice bed, everything needed for a compact kitchen to prepare meals, and nice picnic table for eating outdoors). ”

“Such a wonderful little cabin in a great location! Everything you need is included which makes this even better. Beds were comfy, nice washer and dryer, kitchen has everything you could need but we did not cook. Love the screened in porch that looks into the woods so you have a little privacy. We also enjoyed the trail directly behind cabin and common fire pit 2 of the 3 nights we were there - all fire building materials supplied. The stars are unimaginable! Maybe 15 minutes into Bar Harbor -……
