Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

The owner and host cancelled our reservation 1 hour after check-in time

We did not stay in the property we book, a year in advance. We received confirmation of our stay a few days before arrival. As we were driving in, we got a message via the app that our reservation was cancelled. Not a call, no direct message, a post via the app. We had to scramble at the last minute to find alternative places to stay.
