Baraboo Weekend

We celebrated 50 years of college friendships at Elina’s Log Cabin in Baraboo. The property was very clean & the owner was very responsive. We particularly liked the close location to Devil’s Lake, wineries & Breweries. The outdoor fire pit was fun, too. Would return again.

Great location!

Cozy cottage and excellent location near Devil ‘s Lake. We loved the Christmas tree/decorations and the fireplace. Perfect place to catch up with family!

Great place for our family stay.

Very clean, beautiful cabin for 10 of us. Location is perfect with Devils Lake so close, a brewery around the corner and winery close by. Property manager was great. Fun fire pit area and games in garage. Love it!!

Great Stay for Winter Skiing

Cabin was as expected-very cute and clean. Great location right up the street from a brewery/restaurant and just over a 20 min drive to Cascade Mountain. Plenty of room for our group of four adults and four kids. Only recommendation would be to add wine glasses but that did not take away from our stay at all!

Neighborhood was clean and quiet. We travelled to attractions with no problem. We had the opportunity to cook ourselves or go to a restaurant. Overall it was a perfect vacation.

Family Vacation

A nice place to relax with those you love. It is within walking distance to Devil’s Lake. We enjoyed fishing, golfing and hiking while staying here. We also liked playing corn hole provided by the owners in the back yard. The home has everything you would expect a VRBO to have as well as some delightful extras.

Amazing cabin and location

What a fantastic cabin-clean and new. Plenty of room, amenities and comfortable beds. We enjoyed the backyard with the fire pit and deck with partially covered roof. Location was perfect to walk to Devils Lake. Also, close to golfing and the brewery. Excellent communication with the owner. Thank you for everything!

Great cabin, clean, quite, green, we loved and enjoyed the patio and the fireplace. Great getaway

Our family met here as a meet up between Chicago and Minneapolis and are so glad we did! Excellent communication from host - he contacted us directly prior to our stay and was available if needed during our stay. Great location, house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was the perfect size for our group. Outdoor area is beautiful and we were able to enjoy a fire and play some yard games. We are so thankful we stayed here this Thanksgiving and highly recommend this cabin!

Cozy Log Cabin Luxury

Girls get away in Elinas Cabin was just the perfect place for relaxing with friends. Within walking distance (3/4 mile appx) to Devils Lake State park for hiking and taking in the beautiful lake and scenery. Within walking distance to Tumbled Rock Brewery with great food, drink and live music. Elinas cabin featured comfy accomodations with plenty of linens, kitchenware etc. Relaxing covered front porch with swing , huge covered back porch with table, firepit with seating (unfortunately it rained so we couldnt use it), game room garage with pool table, foosball table and extra refrigerator. Only suggestion is to have fans to move around in some of the bedrooms upstairs as the air conditioning didn't' seem cool the rooms as good as the main level of the house. Lovely town of Baraboo only minutes away as well as the Casino and Wisconsin Dells. Great Get away - we will be back !

Great location, great spot!

This was the perfect spot for two families to meet up and hang out! The 3 bedrooms w/ en-suite for each bedroom worked for us (2 adult couples had their own space, and kids got their room to share (4 kids/ 2 per bunk bed)). The living room/ dining room area was comfortable for all 10 people to hang out together for meals & games. The outdoor space is also awesome - back yard with a huge porch, partially covered, so we could hang out late, and a covered front porch with a swing to watch the hummingbirds and read quietly. Kids also loved the foosball table in the garage. Kitchen was stocked with enough plates/ silverware/ pans to cook a few meals. Location is good: Less than a half-hr commute to the Dells (Noahs Ark highly recommended), and a quick jaunt (~5m drive or a 30m walk) to Devil's Lake where we spent the entire day hiking/ enjoying the beach/ etc. Bonus: within a 5-m walk to Tumble Rock Brewery - the ambiance is so great that we ended up walking there a couple of nights - once for dinner, and once just to enjoy a drink and the live show & pick up dessert to go for the kids. There was a live band every night we were there, so even after we got home, we got to listen to the music from the outdoor space (they ended at a reasonable time and the music was not noticeable inside the house). Finally, the host is gracious and easy to work with - very responsive and friendly. He also is nearby to swing in for any quick emergencies. Highly recommended!!
