La descrizione dell'appartamento da parte del proprietario corrisponde perfettamente alla realtà. Comoda la posizione vicina ai servizi principali (market, tabaccheria, farmacia, fermata bus). Impagabile la vista su Capri dalla terrazza.

Tornerei a Ischia solo per questa splendida Casa

L' appartamento è veramente accogliente e con spazi ottimi anche per la condivisione con un'altra famiglia. Arredato con gusto, come si vede dalle foto, estremamente organizzato e fresco. Il patio e il balcone hanno piante e fiori curati. La posizione è esattamente come descritta; a pochi metri dalla piazza centrale del paese di Barano e con supermercato sotto casa. Il Bar Ferrari, con proprietari gentilissimi, dove prendere la colazione ma pure un'ottima pizza. Ho apprezzato la cortesia e la chiarezza del signor Alberto e anche i consigli e la simpatia dei suoi cugini, veramente una famiglia speciale! Consiglierei questo luogo di vacanza a chi non ama il traffico di Ischia e preferisce la sensazione di piccolo villaggio. Mi ripeto: tornerei a Ischia solo per questa casa, molto amata!
