Great Location, Easy Access

The flat was located in a safe neighborhood, easy to access and mostly matched the listing. Space was tight in the unit for four, but we spent most of our time out of the unit traveling and exploring.

Americans be sure......

The property location was ok but if you're expecting air conditioning - look elsewhere. They did provide 2 fans after we asked. We were there in May and it was already warm in the apartment. The property is in need of a full renovation. It's VERY worn and there is a sewer smell that comes from the bathroom. Also small ants just started appearing in several rooms. Next time I'll be choosing a hotel instead.

comfortable/functional apartment for wonderful time in barcelona

this apartment in the l'Eixample neighborhood is in a great location to explore the city, in an area that is generally 3-4 or 5 metro stops from the popular entertainment and cultural attractions. yet what was important to my wife and i was that the apartment is in a neighborhood where "regular" barcelonans live. it is near parc miro, and just a wonderful neighborhood with local cafes, restaurants, and shopping. the apartment itself is comfortable. the kitchen is very functional and the small balcony looks out from the 4th floor. there is a small second bedroom for 1 or 2 people. communication with host (via VRBO messaging) was very good with prompt responses to questions. we really enjoyed our time in barcelona.

Sehr zentrale Ferienwohnung- etwas abgenutzt

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr zentral gelegen. Leider etwas abgewohnt (Brandlöcher im Sofa, alter Kühlschrank, Möbel in die Jahre gekommen). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Unsere Mängelmeldung (3 kaputte Lampen, defekte Klospülung) wurde umgehend repariert. Dies hätte allerdings schon vor unserer Ankunft festgestellt werden können.Die Betten (insbesondere im kleinen Zimmer) waren eher unbequem. Im Bad hat es sehr nach Abfluss gerochen (was wohl eher an der Stadt) liegen kann). Die Öffnung der Wohnung funktioniert via App und Code. Das WLan war sehr gut. Auch war die Wohnung sehr sauber.
