Was booked, paid and confirmed for a suite. On the day of check in, they told me the suite was unavailable. I was offered a regular room for the same price and a free breakfast! 😂. No, thank you, I do not need a four hundred dollar breakfast. It fell on me to cancel through Expedia. That was a terrible experience as well. Expedia finally got it together and refunded me, but not without significant effort on my part. And the resolution email....laughable. They act like they did me a favor!!!
