Excellent all round

Great property in a very smart location. Owners communication with you is excellent. Lovely pool and surrounds. Location is great for Barcelona, Sitges, Tossa and Montserrat so plenty to do. Excellent local restaurants and we can recommend Can Rin as ate there 3 nights out of 7!

Paradise in Cabrils!

What an amazing stay! The property was perfect for our family. A quiet, safe, & peaceful place outside of the big city is exactly what we needed. Yolanda, Abel, and Pol are the kindest, most helpful hosts we have ever dealt with. We hope to come back and stay here again, it was truly perfect! Thanks again!

Beautiful stay!

Me and my friend stayed here for a week and absolutely loved every second. Yolanda and Pol were incredibly kind and friendly and made the checking in process and our stay very comfortable. We were on foot, and if you are able to walk up the hills it's doable! But would recommend a car for ease. The flat was so cute, the pool was amazing and the views were great ! Couldn't recommend it enough, and would love to stay again. 5 stars !!

Everything we wanted

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at the property. Yolanda had provided clear instructions on how to find the place and she was there to greet us and show us around. The property was clean, comfortable and the views are wonderful. Travelling into Barcelona was easy via train, and we were very grateful to come back to our peaceful accommodation after a day in the city. We also travelled to Montserrat which we really enjoyed. A long weekend just wasn't enough so we are hoping to visit again with our children, as the property is also great for families, including toys and games and of course the pool (chilly but refreshing!).I would definitely recommend hiring a car if you stay here as it would have been difficult to get around without it.

The Perfect Place in Cabrils

Absolutely delightful. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well appointed and comfortable. Many amenities at the home for a family. Lovely location with an ocean view. All of this is great, but what makes this home stand out are the hosts Yolanda and Abel. Though we were running late from a long day of travel, they graciously met us and walked us through the property, even making sure we had the groceries needed for the morning. They were always available to help and suggest ideas. We cannot wait to return to this house. If you are reading this review, pick them!!!

Barcelona 24 - 4 night stay

Absolutely lovely break!!! The hosts were wonderful. Couldnā€™t do enough for us and extremely helpful. We had a nightmare with car hire at the airport but still accessible by train and a short taxi ride which is a lot cheaper than in the uk. The train for 4 was only ā‚¬20 approx. Yolanda helped us to navigate from the airport by train and kindly picked us up from the local train station. The accommodation is very clean and has everything you need. Location is more remote but about 40 minute walk to the town/train and even the beach or around ā‚¬10 for a taxi. The local market was open on the Sunday with lots of fresh food/wine/cheese etc. The local restaurants/bars down by the harbour/beach were very good. Definitely would recommend and would return. Very relaxing break, with great views and fantastic hosts.

Wir wurden liebevoll von der Gastgeberfamilie empfangen und mit hilfreichen Infos zur Umgebung versorgt. Wir haben uns alle sehr sehr wohl gefĆ¼hlt.Nach Barcelona dauert die Autofahrt ca eine halbe Stunde und auch einen schƶnen Strand haben wir im Nachbarort Mataro entdeckt.Danke liebe Yolanda und lieber Abel

Yolanda und Abel sind wunderbare Gastgeber, die alles fĆ¼r dich tun, sogar uns nachts vom Bahnhof abgeholt haben, als es kein Taxi mehr gab. Gleichzeitig sind sie Ƥusserst rĆ¼cksichtsvoll, so dass man das GefĆ¼hl hat, Haus und Pool ( der Ć¼brigens wunderbar warm ist) gehƶre nur den GƤsten. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar! Diese am Berg gelegene Ferienwohnung bietet einen herrlichen Blick aufs Meer und die umliegenden Berge. Der schƶne Pool bietet schnelle AbkĆ¼hlung und verbreitet eine herrliche Stimmung, wenn er und der Garten dezent beleuchtet sind. Die Vermieter sind jederzeit ansprechbar und ganz lieb und. helfen wo sie kƶnnen, ohne auch nur im geringsten aufdringlich zu sein. Gerne wieder, gerne lƤnger. Vielen Dank!!!

GemĆ¼tliche Ferienwohnung und schƶne AuƟenanlage mit tollem AusblickMitte Juni fĆ¼r eine Woche mit Familie zu Gast bei Yolanda und Abel (sehr freundlich und liebevoll). Unsere Jungs (10/ 8 Jahre) verstanden sich mit beiden sehr gut. AusfĆ¼hrlicher Check-In, bei Fragen/Anliegen aller Art war Yolanda immer per WhatsApp erreichbar und teilte darĆ¼ber auch Empfehlungen (z.B. Restaurants/Ausflugsziele).Lage: Ruhige Gegend umgeben von Villen/FerienhƤusern. Hanglage mit traumhaften Ausblick bis zum Meer. Bis ins Zentrum von Cabrils/Vilassar de Mar sind es nur ca. 10min mit dem Auto. An den StrƤnden kann man teilweise kostenlos parken und ist eher unter Einheimischen.Garten: Ein groƟer Pool, eine Gartendusche, Liegen, Sonnenschirme und eine Hollywoodschaukel. Es gibt einen Basketballkorb und Tischtennisplatte inkl. SchlƤger/BƤlle. Den Pool durften wir Ć¼ber die gesamte Zeit nutzen. Yolanda hatte uns dazu animiert sich tagsĆ¼ber auch lautstark auszutoben. Ab 22Uhr dann leise verhalten. Vor dem Eingang zur Wohnung steht ein Tisch mit StĆ¼hlen (Essen im Freien). Es gibt zwei Holzkohlegrills und ein PKW Stellplatz.Wohnung: Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit mehreren Sitzgelegenheiten sowie Ess- und Coachtisch. KĆ¼chenausstattung: Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Backofen und Herd. Separates Schlafzimmer mit kleiner Spielecke. An allen Fenstern Moskitonetze. Mehrere Ventilatoren.Garten und Wohnung sehr ordentlich und sauber. 100ige Weiterempfehlung. Kommen gerne wieder.

Perfekt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Yolanda hat uns schon vor der Anreise hilflfreiche Tipps fĆ¼r Barcelona gegeben. Mit dem Zug ist man schnell dort. ich habe jeden Tag die RĆ¼ckfahrt nach Cabrils mit Blick aufs Meer genossen und mich auf die schƶne, ruhige Wohnung im grĆ¼nen gefreut. Den Garten und Pool hat man fĆ¼r sich alleine. Man fĆ¼hlt sich wie alleine im Haus und hat doch sofort Antworten von Yolanda auf alle Fragen.Sie spricht hervorragend Deutsch. Danke Yolanda und Yann fĆ¼r die schƶne Zeit bei euch.

10 Tage Barcelona und Umgebung

Wir haben als Familie einige Tage Barcelona erleben und dazu tiefe Einblicke in die spanische Lebensart gewinnen wollen. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man als Urlauber so braucht; bis auf eine Geschirr-SpĆ¼lmaschine. Es gibt MĆ¼ckengitter vor den Fenstern und dicht schlieƟende Rollladen. Das GrundstĆ¼ck und der Pool waren sauber, letzterer aber leider fĆ¼r uns schon zu kalt (<21Ā°C). Die Einfahrt zum Haus ist allerdings eine kleine Herausforderung fĆ¼r einen Familien-Van, da man von einer engen StraƟe durch ein vglw. kleines Tor fahren muss. Die Vermieter Yolanda und Abel sind in jedem Fall hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Jede Kontaktaufnahme ging stets von uns aus. Yolanda spricht gut deutsch, englisch und franzƶsisch. Wir haben uns 10 Tage wirklich wohl gefĆ¼hlt und wĆ¼rden dort sofort wieder buchen. Danke Yolanda, danke Abel.

Heel fijn verblijf met voortreffelijke eigenaren

Het was heel fijn en mooi met een eigen zwembad en uitzicht op de zee. De eigenaren waren heel vriendelijk en reageerden direct bij een vraag. Er is een hele veilige plek voor de auto. Het enige wat jammer was, is dat het hoog ligt en een half uur lopen is naar het centrum. Ook is er weinig bergruimte voor de spullen qua kasten (zeker als je met meer dan 2 personen bent). Verder alles top geregeld en zeer schoon!

Gracias a Yolanda y su pareja hemos estado de maravilla en un acogedor apartamento que tiene lo imprescindible para pasar unas vacaciones en familia. La piscina y el jardĆ­n con una canasta y mesa de ping pong nos ha hecho disfrutar todos los dĆ­as. Recomendable 100% para pasar unos dĆ­as tranquilos en un entorno familiar y agradable.

Yolanda et Abel sont adorables ,ils nous ont acceuillis chaleureusement dans ce superbe endroit l'emplacement est parfait pour visiter les alentours Barcelone, Sitges,Tossa del Mar ,Tarragone,....Et quel plaisir de pouvoir profiter de la piscine au retour de nos petites excursions. Nous avons egalement apprĆ©ciĆ© de prendre nos repas avec la vue sur mer. Yolanda et Abel trĆØs discrets sont toujours de bons conseils et fournissent de bonnes infos . Merci encore a eux de nous avoir fait nous sentir chez nous tout au long de ses 2 semaines.

Extraordinario!!!

La experiencia fue extraordinaria. Un maravilloso lugar con esplƩndidas vistas al mar y a las montaƱas. Los propietarios personas muy gentiles dispuestos ayudar en cualquier instancia. Un hermoso lugar con piscina privada, que se puede disfrutar en cualquier hora. Nosotros hemos disfrutado mucho el lugar!
