The hotel itself was situated in a good area so that you could use the metro easily to get around. It was also close to the main train station. The front staff was excellent. However, if you stayed more than one night, they do not refresh the coffee or tea. You only get that on the first night you stay that’s a management issue not staff issue. The Wi-Fi was not constant or reliable. It bumped you out. The building was clean. Beds were comfortable. Front is good. Location was good.

The rooms are super small but if you plan to be outside all day it would be fine. Breakfast was normal for the hotels, include coffee, teas, scrambled egg, bacon, jam, cheese, yogurt, water, cereal and salad. The staff is always attentive and helpful. Fresh water in the entrance is a very nice touch. Walking distance to the old town. Bus stations close by. I would stay here because of the cleanness of the room, comfortable bed and it include breakfast. To the staff, thanks for your help and advice!

We went with our dog and they made sure we all feel comfortable. The staff was really nice and the room was big and clean. We also had breakfast in the room and the lady from the restaurant was very helpful.

Overall, the hotel and our experience were average. The staff were mostly nice and quick to respond to text inquiries. However, there was no wifi in our room, although it worked when we left the room. There was also no laundry available, even though it was listed as an amenity. The outlet plugs were not located in convenient places - only in the bathroom and behind the desk, which was far from the bed. The room size was pretty good but the furniture was outdated. There was also hair on the bed, which was not pleasant to see.
