Fantastic experience, impeccable location
The apartment is exactly as it was shown on the website. The location is absolutely impeccable. A tasteful neighbourhood with a lot of restaurants, shops and supermarkets to choose from. The owner is very friendly and responsive. I will recommend it to anyone!

强烈推荐啊！！工作人员半夜12点在路边给我们送钥匙，十分的感动，并且里面应有尽有，两个卧室，一个客厅，感觉很值，也很感谢工作人员的加班加点，地理位置也挺方便，步行到米拉之家仅仅10几分钟，边上还有特别好吃的面包店，很愉快

Very clean. Good location. Great AC. Washer/dryer. Kitchenette. Very small elevator, but at least there is one. Remember to bring your own coffee for the coffee maker!

Good location, clean, good communication. Within a few blocks for shopping, restaurants and public transportation. Nice to have 2 bedrooms. The larger bedroom faces the street and Spain hangs out late… bring ear plugs. Our son is 5’11’, the twin beds are narrow and short.

It was very nice to arrive somewhere and feel as if you’re already part of the area. Staying in the apartment gives you all the comfort of being at a hotel while having the benefits of being at home. The area was gorgeous surrounded with lovely local shops and cafes and only a walk away from the city center

We liked the proximity to Provençia and Diagonal metro stations. When we arrived, we noticed the shower wasn’t draining well and maintenance was sent within 12 hours to remedy the situation. Very impressed. The fan above the master bed was turning the wrong way for summer (should be pushing air down, not pulling it up) but couldn’t get up high enough to switch it). Was nice to be within easy walking distance of the Casa Mila, Casa Batllo and Sagrada Familia. Longer to get to other sections of town though. Would be helpful to give instructions in the welcome email on how to take the metro from the airport (Line 9 to Collbanc, then Line 5 to Diagonal). With the Hola Barcelona card, this was super easy for both arriving and leaving. Since we come from an area that doesn’t use Metro, having these instructions ahead of time would have been helpful.

Overall a good experience. The check in process was very easy & Victor was responsive, fast, friendly, & explained everything. The apartment was clean, spacious enough for the 3 of us, & is in a very convenient location to restaurants & a grocery store, with easy access to public transportation & cabs. Quieter than more touristy areas but bring earplugs if you're used to no noise at night. Unfortunately there were guests that were extremely loud in the night & through 3-4 in the morning. Physical & verbal fighting & screaming in their room, stairwell, & out front. I called & left a message for Bonavista but did not hear back for 2 days. I called again as we were on day 3 of this & was told that no one had checked messages & that the guests had checked out. The lack of response to the issue was very concerning & left us with little sleep & less time to enjoy Barcelona. Also one day someone walked right into the apartment saying that he was there to fix the ac unit.. in January. The apartment policies state that no one will enter the premises unless communicated in advance - no one reached out to us. I had an international plan that kept my phone working but no call. I called Bonavista & was told that he needed to fix the ac/heating unit & that they were trying to repair everything since it was the start of a new year. We agreed he would not enter the apartment until after we left. We would stay again but communication & action on issues needs improvement.

Dear guest, Thank you for your feedback. Since most of your guests are families with kids the silence after 10pm is our priority. What happened in this particular case with a family having arguments and verbal fighting is an absolute exception and happened for a first time. In this case, the police should be contacted as soon as possible due to the late hour. January, being a low season is the perfect time for us to check all the air conditionnings / heaters . Our technican was instructed to knock on the door and explain the reason of his visit. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvinieces caused. We are very thankful for your understanding and glad that you enjoyed our apartments. Ii is important for us to meet the expectations of our guests and we are taking your feedback very seriously. We hope to meet you again in Barcelona in the near future. Warm regards from the entire team

Desde que nos recibieron en la misma puerta del apartamento todo fue maravilloso, Víctor fue amable y servicial en todo momento y le estamos muy agradecidas por toda la ayuda que nos dio. El apartamento era ideal y estaba todo limpio y preparado para su total disfrute. La ubicación perfecta para cualquier persona que quiera disfrutar de todo lo que la ciudad ofrece y bien comunicado con cualquier destino, el centro de Barcelona a tus pies. This place was perfectly located and clean. The shower was big and the beds were super comfy! Or flight was cancelled for 2 days due to the riots and the staff relocated us here. They were very helpful!

Location was good although a bit noisy from traffic and cafes/restaurants. A group of lads also arrived on our last evening who were very noisy until early morning. The apartment although a bit on the small side and fairly basic had everything you needed and the staff were very welcoming.

L’appartement est vraiement pas mal dans un quartier assez calme avec pas mal de choses à proximité. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire même plus que penser (sèche linge, table à repasser, faire à repasser, kit nettoyage, serviette ect) L’appartement est très propre. Mon seul point négatif étant la chambre des enfants sans fenêtre extérieur et avec une fenêtre donnant sur le hall d’entrée. De ce fait nous entendons tous les bruits d’arrivee Et de départ des gens. Heureusement que nous n’etions Pas là pour nous reposer du coup. En ce qui cOncerne la deuxième chambre elle est séparée du salon par une porte coulissante.

사진보다 크기도 작았고 꽤 낡은 아파트였어요 침구랑 그릇은 깨끗한 편이였지만 벽이나 쇼파 화장실이 깨끗하지 않았구요 주변에 슈퍼는 많았고 까사밀라를 걸어서 갈 정도라 좋았습니다 쇼핑장소인 까르푸,보케니아 시장과는 버스를 타야할 정도인데 숙소 위치가 애매해서 택시를 많이 이용했습니다 안내데스크가 따로 없어서 직원분을 전화연락해서 따로 만났는데 친절하셨지만 청소비를 따로 청구하고 도시택스까지 받드라구요 마드리드 그라나다 호텔에서는 도시세는 받지않았습니다 다음에는 근처 호텔로 가겠습니다

This was the second of two apartments we stayed at in Barcelona. Unlike the first, it was clear Bonavista really puts their guests first. The staff was very responsive and helpful whenever I had a question or needed assistance. They made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible - even before we checked in. The property is ideally located close to metro, restaurants, shopping and full grocery store. It was clean, safe and fully stocked with everything we needed. The apartment itself was spacious enough for my family of two adults and two youth. My husband even took advantage of the rooftop - a nice retreat for coffee or drinks. We would definitely stay at Bonavista Apartments again and highly recommend it, especially for first timers in Barcelona.

후기가 극명하게 나뉘어서 걱정했는데, 후기에 적힌 모든 내용에 공감합니다. 하지만 바르셀로나에서 이 가격에 2개방을 가진 아파트라고 생각했을때 접은건 적당히 접는게 좋다고 생각해서 점수를 좋게 드립니다. 화장실이 노후화된 것 빼고 생각보다 치안도 나쁘지 않았던것 같아서 좋았습니다.

As you were informed during the check in, our maintenance staff is always available in case there is anything that needs to be repaired. Cozy apartment in a great location
We had a late booking for four nights, Victor who hosted us was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a great location, tapa restaurants, a supermarket, cafes are all nearby, very convenient. La Ramble, La Sagrada Familia, Casa Mila are all in walking distance. The apartment room was clean, cute and cozy, got all we needed, we especially loved the little balcony! The only small issue was the late night noise as its right at the road side, but it's not really a big problem for us. We would love to come back to stay here again if we visit Barcelona in the future!
