Casa Vilaró Agosto 2018
L’host è stata gentile. La camera era abbastanza pulita. La piscina un po’ sporca. La sorpresa sgradevole sono stati i 20 euro extra al giorno per il parcheggio, assolutamente non menzionati. La posizione fantastica per parc guell, 5 minuti a piedi (se si va prima delle 8 è gratis) e comoda per il centro.

Caro cliente Grazie mille per i tuoi commenti. Festeggio che ti piacerà il parco Guell e la casa. La piscina viene pulita quotidianamente con il depuratore, ed è revisionata, ma essendo circondata da alberi a volte il vento può trasportare le foglie, ma è controllata. Per quanto riguarda il supplemento di 20 euro per arrivare dopo le 18, appare già sul web, in attesa che tu abbia goduto di Barcellona e che tu abbia avuto un felice ritorno a casa. Lamentamos profundamente su comportamiento , presentarse cinco personas a las 12 de la noche cuando tenian reservada una habitación doble no es de recibo. Se les dejo dormir por la hora , se hablo con Expedia , estuvimos a su disposición en todo momento . No querian marcharse etc. al final marcharon , lo sentimos pero no es aceptable . Im "Casa del Barco" begegneten wir einer Villa aus der Glanzzeit Barcelonas, als es mit Paris um die Führung in Architektur, Kunst und Modernität wetteiferte. Ein Privileg für uns, ein paar Nächte in diesem bedeutenden Baudenkmal verbringen zu dürfen, obwohl nach überstandenen Krisenzeiten (Weltwirtschaftskrise, Bürgerkrieg, Weltkrieg, internationale Ächtung Franco-Spaniens) eine gründliche Renovation längst fällig wäre. Dank günstigem Preis ist dieser exklusive Aufenthalt überhaupt erschwinglich, Schnarchtöne aus dem Nachbarzimmer hin oder her. Saubere Küche, zahlreiche intime Plätzchen im gestuften Garten, Swimmingpool, Riesenbalkon und Dachterrasse mit Stadtsicht... Last but not least die aufmerksame und äusserst freundliche Hausangestellte!

Im Hotel ist nur eine Dame die alles macht, Check in/ out und putzen. Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel. Den Pool kann man nicht benutzen. Die Bilder bei den Reiseveranstaltern sind mit Photoshop erstellt. Das ist sicher. Die Zimmer wurden die 3 Tage nicht gereinigt. Das Hitel müsste unbedingt renoviert werden. Das einzig Gute war, es ist ziemlich ruhig. Wir haben diese Hotel gebucht weil die Bewertungen so gut waren, leider können wir es nicht weiterempfehlen. Einige Photos fügen wir bei

Regarding Casa Vilaró is a heritage house in Barcelona for being the first rationalist house built in Spain, and despite it is modern and current, highly valued by the architects, we updated the house three years ago now we will repaint. By the way the photos are not false, most of them I have done myself and I am not a photographer. I feel that you do not like her as the greatness of people who stay at Casa Vilaró. It is very difficult in barcelona to find a super quiet house next to Park Guell surrounded by nature 15 minutes from Plaza Catalunya and public transport at the door.
