They draw you in with one ad, then tell you it's not available but it's another flat.Not able to access property, instructions sent too late, had to rent a hotel...and still waiting to hear back from them on compensation.When finally in the property no hot water.

Great locations but poorly maintained property

Location is very convenient. But the property is poorly maintained. Holes in the wall, broken shelves, no hot water in one of our apartments. One of the windows was also missing shielding which let in a lot of street noise. Insufficient number of towels and bedsheets for our group size.

I stayed in this apartment for business purposes and everything went smoothly. It was as described and in a fantastic and central location; great for visiting Barcelona. The apartment is equipped with high quality appliances and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was easy and check in/out was seamless. Location is not what is advertised

Location misleading and we had a break-in. Nothing stolen but stuff rummaged through and spent the rest of the trip hyper-vigalent. The key is all through an app (an email link) so there is no way to lock the door from inside. Family felt unsafe and there was no one to do anything. Should have stayed in a hotel.
