Penthouse completely renovated, with a large terrace and two exterior rooms (one of them with private terrace). Sunny, clean and nice. Located next to the Sants market, near the Fira de Barcelona and the Camp Nou. A few minutes by public transport from the most emblematic places of Barcelona.

From this bright and cheerful penthouse you will enjoy a new vision of the skies of Barcelona. From its two wonderful terraces, you can have breakfast watching the sunrise and dine enjoying the sunset.

The house is newly renovated, with a large living area with integrated kitchen has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The terrace is 30 m2 and is furnished to enjoy the wonderful climate of the city.
