Although this was classed as 1* it was as good in terms of service as good as 3* - better than we got at Sercotel Rossello. The room was clean and made up (not done at SR) we had 2 chairs (1 at SR), Darius was welcoming and helpful whenwe arrived, gave good advice about the area. Yes, the room was small but to be in the heart of Las Rambla and still so quiet.

La primera habitación que nos dieron era enana, el vater estaba dentro de la ducha, y no podíamos ni caminar sin tener que hacer malabares para pasar. Exijimos el cambio y la segunda estaba mejor pero aún así las fotos no son la realidad ni se parece, una decepción enorme.

Habitación limpia y tranquila, un poco destartalado, mecanismos de varias clases , acabados que dejan de desear, cama un poco incómoda ( pequeña ,135, para pareja grande) .

Ho alloggiato presso l’hotel Palermo nel mese di dicembre 2023, nel complesso valuto la mia esperienza positivamente. Durante la notte di capodanno ci è stata portata anche una bottiglia di spumante in camera per festeggiare l’arrivo dell’anno nuovo. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, l’unica cosa che cambierei è l’entrata dell’hotel poiché molto stretta e poco visibile. Per il resto tutto nella norma. La posizione è centrale, in quanto situato in una via limitrofa della Rambla. Rialloggerei tranquillamente.
