3-stars hotel
Room is clean and comfort. We stay in a double room, it's not a double bed but two single bed being close together. Only a few basic toiletries without toothbrush in the room. Sound insulation of the door is poor. Not so many choice for breakfast. Fresh fruit is not refill. I think this hotel is not qualified with 4 stars! Hotel price is not equivalent to its quality.

Rooms overlooking cemetery & staff not helpful
Booked with my friends total 2 rooms. When arrived, we were arranged 2 rooms overlooking a cemetery. Moreover, housekeeping of 1 room not done and there was smell of smoking in the other room (we booked non-smoking). Asked for change of rooms. One new room was overlooking the cemetery again. Asked for change again, a gentleman at reception said hotel was full and there were no other rooms available. I requested politely again for change and a lady was kind enough to check again and a room for change. This room was not overlooking the cemetery any more, but my friend found out the air conditioning was out of order and the room was freezing. Since it was very late at night, my friend changed again to another room in the next morning.

The hotel is in a great location, only a 10 minute walk from the metro and a couple of stops from central Barcelona. Rooms were a good size, clean and tidy. Only issue was that the air con was set to heating (stayed early March) so rooms were very hot at night. Had to sleep with the windows open and it could be noisy on the street outside.

breakfast buffet is a little bit poor for a 4 stars hotel. I expected more options than the ones they have for breakfast. I think its expensive. the lifts are scary. The room was amazing and bathroom too

Für ein Wochenende in Barcelona war es super dort. Zwar nicht direkt in der Stadt aber es war nicht weit entfernt. Auch das Zimmer war schön, mit Blick aufs Meer.

This can’t be a 4 stars hotel. Starting from the lobby, elevators to the rooms. Outdated, smelly, small, worn out towels, and uncomfortable beds. Location is weird, and parking is shared with other buildings(unsafe) Breakfast is a real joke :/

Not worth the price paid
This hotel is not worth 4 star, the location is good other than that noting was worth 4 star. - Breakfast area too tiny, Not too much room to move around. The coffee quality is average. Not worth the £12 charge. - Room comfort: not a single bottle water was offered. The bed is uncomfortable it made my back aches. The shower screen isn't fitted so the water does not flood the bath floor. I had to use DIY to fix it.

Un lugar tranquilo, muy cerca de la playa y a 3 cuadras del metro. Solo un problema con el desayuno, donde solo habia un maquina de cafe y con gente haciendo la fila permanentemente, con termos u otra maquina alivianan el problema. El resto muy bien
