总体觉得不错，提醒一下出门前收拾好东西
总体觉得很不错，面积挺大的，卫生间也很大，可以在里面晾衣服，也不影响使用，卫生也不错，三星的标准，觉得很赞。但是，我放在桌面的护肤品小样全部被偷了，只剩下装护肤品小样的袋子。关于这点之前也看到相关的评论说会被偷东西，所以我出门前会收拾好东西，但想到一些护肤品小样不值钱的东西会没有问题，但还是全部没有了。作为一个旅游城市，希望管理好酒店的服务，确保旅客住的放心一点。

The location is excellent, close (4 min) to the subway and in walkable distance to many hot spots (gothic center, University Square, Las Ramblas). Also, close to the A1/A2 shuttle station to airport (7 min). The hotel is overpriced, breakfast is not impressive but expensive, facilities in the rooms are quite spartan. But all these are typical for an mass touristic area like downtown Barcelona.

We found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful. That they all spoke English was a great plus. The breakfast was well presented and offered a lot of variety. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My Terrace room had a wonderful view of the city and the night sky.

Great location and not far from main attractions. Hotel is clean and the staff are excellent. Room was a bit small but suited my needs as it was just a place to sleep really. Housekeeping staff always said hello when they saw you as well which made it a very welcoming environment.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights as a single traveller. I was given a room with a double bed the first night. I wanted one big bed so was given a room with a big bed the second night. The room had a nice balcony and view to the main street. The hotel is walkable to Las Ramblas and one of the main squares for catching the tour buses. The room is a decent size and very clean. It looks recently renovated. The washroom is a very nice size. The downsides is that there is no microwave or clock and the bed is very hard. Also, the walls are very thin, so if you are a light sleeper, you will hear everything e.g. your neighbours and when housekeeping starts cleaning. I liked that they give you free bottles of water in your mini fridge every day.

Tidy place, listen out for the alarm!
Simple tidy hotel ideal for us. Decent breakfast. Great for city centre Ramblas etc. walkable. Bit to far to walk to beach. Front desk was v.helpful. The fire alarm went off at 4am on the final night 16-05-23. But there is no alarm in room, just a noise in corridor. It was not Hotels fault as smoking set it off...but worrying to see that only 15 people left their rooms, many slept through it. Apology from front desk staff was adequate and we were offered free breakfast as compensation but we were paying for it already so nothing they could offer us.

Good location not far from many attractions. No noise from Main Street. Very friendly staff at reception - a bit too controlling at breakfast. Room flooring in wooden was really cold for your feet and bathroom was difficult to remove steam after shower. Stayed 4 nights end of Jan.

Molto pulito e ordinato. In ottime condizioni (rinnovato scorso anno). Buona posizione rispetto al centro città (2 blocchi di case da Metro. Colazione a buffet fra buona e ottima. Personale amichevole. Forse un po' caro ma non posso fare raffronti: da tre anni nessun hotel. In generale buona-ottima esperienza.
