Great service, great location
All the receptionists were very helpful. The hotel is located in the historical center, very touristic. The room was not facing the street, therefore very quite. However it was a bit cold during the night even in the summer, because there was only a small window facing a tiny court and there wasn't much sunshine ine the room. Overall the location was great, the stuff were super nice. Reasonal price for the room.

La habitación es pequeña pero funcional, en lo personal que no tenga ventana a mi no me gusto nada, pueden ser las 3am o las 5pm y no te das cuenta y por otra parte al ser habitaciones tan péquelas me parece que deberían de tener un buen sistema de extractor. La ubicación es perfecta, tienes muchos medios de transporte cerca, para caminar es un barrio muy lindo.

In a wonderful area! We loved staying there, staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was smaller than we expected and the Walls are thin and it can get very noisy as people are coming in and out. Overall it was perfect!

El hotel está muy bien, súper limpio; fui con desconfianza pero me gustó bastante. Solo tal vez está exagerando el olor a loción desodorante en la habitación y si está la ventana abierta, los ruidos del elevador son súper fuertes, pero para dormir es excelente.

Solo travelker
Hotel very clean. But make sure your room if a solo traveller is not next to the lift. Definitely a no no if you are a light sleeper people coming in until 5 am and starting to leave at 6.30am. But staff very pleasant. Would definitely stay again but not in a room next to the lift

Avoid, pictures seem nice ut is old and smells like drain through the night. Expensive for the type of hotel. Not recommended, not even if you are a bagpacker.

The property is in a GREAT location in the Gothic Quarter. It is tucked away in a quiet, out-of-the-way side street. Quite romantic and atmospheric. SAFE. About a five-minute walk from the boulevard known as Las Ramblas. And about a five-minute walk from the Placa Reil. I am going to book there again. Believe me. I am.

Un vrai recoin de chambre
Le personnel est adorable, mais la chambre laisse à désirer, rien à voir avec les photos. Un vrai recoins, avec lits à roulettes. A peine la place pour bouger . Salle de bain très fonctionnel et presque aussi grande que la chambre . Pas de petit déjeuner, mais la possibilité de prendre un café croissant à 5 mn ( c’était noté que ce service n’était pas disponible) . La propreté vraiment 100% . Bien situé.

Hotel is in a convenient area, close to anything you might be interested in. The worst part of our stay were the mattresses, you could hear the springs when you moved, other than that it was a great hotel because of the location and service.

I have stayed at several hundred hotels across Europe and the world, and this is easily one of the worst. They said they have only 3 rooms with windows (like the photo they advertise), the rest are dark and without windows. The first room was behind the elevator (with an elevator access port in the wall, and it had black mold in the bathroom. The hotel would not put us in another room until one of the same type became available on the second night. So we stayed elsewhere the first night, without refund. They did offer us a different room on the second night, and it was slightly better. For one, the bathroom did not have mold. The walls of this hotel are too thin…you hear everything both inside and outside, and it is in a noisy area. The entire place has a stench that has been poorly covered up with some type of fragrance….just awful. We ordered a taxi for the morning, and after three attempts and 40 minutes realized their service is unreliable. As a result we were late to the airport…but just made our flight. SO many better places to stay…do yourself a favor.

Was what we expected for the price. Would say though the beds were very uncomfortable and we could hear every movement and conversation on our floor. Overall was in a good location for getting around and the room was kept clean.
