This is more like a hostel than a hotel.
There is not even a kettle in room and the sole water supply of all residents is one single water machine at its café.
The air conditioning was barely functioning in our room. When we first switched it on, it had this loud banging noise then it went on with a continuous low rumbling sound. Despite the sound, there was minimal wind coming out. We asked for a room swap, but they said they were fully booked. We asked the staff to fix it, who fixed it by switching off the turbo function, so the sound was gone but the wind was even weaker. He insisted 'the room will get cooler later' but that didn't happen throughout my 5-day stay. We slept in this stuffy and warm room, in SUMMER BARCELONA.
The other facilities were satisfactory, but I'll be avoiding this place, especially in warm weather.
