Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Sehr sauber, die Zimmer großzügig. Tolles Bad! Tolles Ambiente. Sehr nettes Personal. Die Terrasse mit dem Pool ein Traum. Zwischen 10 und 11 Uhr Morgens ist kaum jemand da. iele Cafés, Bars und Restaurants und der Hafen Zu Fuß erreichbar.

The location is unbeatable, with plenty of great restaurants nearby and just a short walk to Mercado de La Boqueria. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I stayed in a double room, and the super king-size bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night's sleep. However, there were a few drawbacks. The bathroom design wasn't ideal for ventilation, leading to some mould growth. Additionally, the air conditioning was centralised and couldn't be adjusted, which made it a bit warm at night. Lastly, it would have been great if the TV had smart capabilities for added convenience. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential with its excellent location and comfortable rooms, but there's room for improvement in terms of bathroom ventilation and air conditioning flexibility.

Beautiful lobby area. Rooms are a bit older but can tell some upgrades were done. Staff speak English and Spanish. Breakfast was a bit expensive- 40.00 for 2 and not a lot of options. Overall would recommend for a place to sleep in Barcelona.

Really nice hotel! We stayed with our two kids and it was very spacious for the 4 of us. They stayed in a separate area of the room and everyone had space. Very clean and convenient room. Great staff and service! Highly recommend.

Sehr zentrales Hotel mit wirklich freundlichen Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit glutenfreiem Baguette. Schlafsofa sehr unbequem und schmutzig. Fenster waren verzogen, so dass es nie richtig geschlossen war und es nachts sehr laut im Zimmer war. Tolle Lage mitten im Leben von Barcelona.

Nicht vom VIP-Status blenden lassen!!
Die 2 positiven Dinge zu erst. Super Lage und ich durfte bereits nach einem Tag abschlagsfrei auschecken. VIP und Gold-Status sind ein Witz. Trotz Screenshots der Bestätigung und des Nachweises des Status wurden die Benefis verweigert, da dies nicht von Expedia/Hotels.com übermittelt worden sei… Ein Upgrade hätte es sowieso nicht gegeben, obwohl für die 3 Tage online noch über 10 höherwertige Zimmer verfügbar waren. Es kämen ja heute sicher noch Anreisen…. Der kostenlose Parkplatz wurde zu 30/Tag und die versprochene Flasche Wein wäre vermutlich zwar auch nicht das kulinarische Highlight gewesen, aber zumindest eine nette Geste. Hier war das einzige Entgegenkommen am Folgetag auschecken zu können. Der Parkplatz wäre nur für eine Nacht benötigt worden, sicher kein Problem hier auf den Kunden zuzugehen. Leider kein Interesse den Kunden zu halten. Bei den Zahnpastaflecken im Bad dann auch keine all zu große Trauer meinerseits das Hotel zu wechseln. Die Wände im Flur waren recht ramponiert und im Zimmer ein deutlicher Geruch nach Raumspray. Das Bett war OK und die Zimmergröße in Ordnung. Nicht ganz den Bildern entsprechend, doch wo gibt es das schon?

Disappointing
There was absolutely terrible wifi in this hotel, which made the planning and work I needed to do during the stay impossible. In the first room I was in the signal was so poor it could not even connect, and the second room it was just so slow even sending an email took 5 min. Other than that, a bar closing before 24.00, lack of wine-opener in the room, and general need of restoration of rooms/buildings did not really live up to a classification as a "luxury" hotel.

Top Unterkunft. Viele kleine Restaurants in der Nähe. Shopping Maile Las Ramblas 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Sehenswürdigkeiten auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar 20-25 Minuten je nach dem.

Great location next to Rambla, has great dining options near by. Hotel has parking, which was great. They also have a roof top deck with a pool, chairs and sauna. Staff were friendly and gave us recommendations for shows and restaurants.

Flott hotell
Flott hotell som jeg gjerne hadde valgt igjen. Vi overnatte 3 netter, merket første natt at sengen jeg fikk var veldig knirkete. Gav beskjed i resepsjonen morgonen etter og sengen ble byttet/ordnet, ingen mer knirking :)
