Gite bien placé, quelques améliorations à prévoir

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans ce gite. Très bien placé, proche des plages et de la gare. Parking à disposition. Le toit terrasse avec vue sur mer est le point remarquable du gite. Exceptionnel ! Le propriétaire est réactif dans sa communication. Quelques travaux d'entretiens permettraient de mettre en valeur le bien : - la hotte d'aspiration ne tient pas et mérite un nettoyage - quelques travaux d'entretiens: fil à linges cassés, carreaux de carrelage bancales, fil électrique apparent, poignée de fenêtres qui restent dans la main, .... L'accueil ne s'effectue pas par le propriétaire mais des employés en charge du ménage. Cela enlève à la convivialité et à l'échange. La personne qui nous accueillie, a répondu néanmoins à toutes nos questions et était professionnelle. On recommande mais en ayant conscience de ces différents éléments.

Great location

Great.location near beach and train station into Barcelona. Flat was a good size and roof terrace was fantastic. Bw aware listing says air con but this is only in the living room, there is none in the bedrooms so we found sleepining very uncomfortable. Flat is a bit more tires than the pictures in the listing. Could do with a bit of a refresh.

Perfect Getaway Stay!

This lovely apartment was much more than we expected. It's extremely spacious, and the rooftop terrace is spectacular. It's a quiet property in a family neighborhood. We could walk to a grocery and to restaurants. The beach was glorious-- a less than 5 minute walk from the apartment. When we wanted to go into Barcelona, we walked to the metro and were in the center of the city in 20 minutes. I highly recommend this property and these kind property owners. We hope to return!

Nettes, sauberes Ferienhäuschen in ruhiger Umgebung mit schönem Blick aufs Meer von der Dachterrasse

Wir waren Anfang Oktober 2019 für eine Woche dort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bot uns (wir waren zu viert) ausreichend Platz. Das Wohnzimmer im EG ist schön geräumig und hat einen gemütlichen Esstisch. Die kleine Küche (ebenfalls im EG) reicht für die Zubereitung und das Kochen einfacher Gerichte absolut aus. Der Kühlschrank ist groß und sauber, und auch der kleine Geschirrspüler hat uns treue Dienste erwiesen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer sowie der kleine Hauswirtschaftsraum (mit Waschmaschine!) befinden sich im ersten OG. Darüber (im zweiten OG) folgt die geräumige Dachterrasse, welche aufgrund der erhöhten Lage des Hauses einen traumhaften Blick auf das Mittelmeer bietet. Auf dieser Dachterrasse befinden sich u.a. ein großer Esstisch mit Stühlen, mehrere Liegestühle und eine Wäscheleine. Aufgrund der Treppe ist das Haus für Menschen mit einer starken Gehbehinderung (Rollstuhlfahrer) nicht geeignet, aber das ist ja auch in der Beschreibung des Hauses so angegeben und war für uns kein Problem. Was wir wirklich genossen haben, war die ruhigere Lage ca. 20 km außerhalb von Barcelona. Durch die gute und preiswerte Bahnanbindung (Regionalzüge „Rodalies de Catalunya“) und den kurzen Fußweg zum Bahnhof (ca. 10 Minuten) ist man in weniger als einer halben Stunde mitten im Zentrum von Barcelona. Wir buchen gerne nochmal dieses Haus, wenn wir wieder nach Barcelona fahren. Zumal die Vermieterin Ruth sehr hilfsbereit war und auch Sonderwünsche (Küchenwaage, Personenwaage, Ausdrucken von Tickets) möglich gemacht hat. Vielen Dank dafür und auch für das Willkommenspaket (Milch, Wein, Marmelade) im Kühlschrank!!

Really cool little place

Loved our little place in Brussels. It's a bit of a climb up 4 flights of stairs, but it is really walking distance to everything and it's like you are in a little bird's nest overlooking the city. It was fun and really relaxing. We loved it and it was fun.

great place to stay for summer holiday

we (2 couples and 2 friends) spent 10 days at this cozy home near Barcelona and we really had a great time. Ruth and Albert were very friendly and supported us wherever they could. Was really cool to be on the beach and have the view to Barcelona skyline and if you want to do some sightseeing just jump in the train and 20 min later you are in Barcelona. We want to thank Ruth and Albert for their hospitality and we would definitely book it again.
