整體來說還不錯
工作人員都很友善，很靠市中心，地點很方便。6人房房間空間算ok，不特別大，但還可以不會覺得擁擠。靠街上的房間，有點吵。三樓淋浴間跟廁所都很小。有廚房但餐具不是很多。

Duschen umd Toiletten sind im EG und befinden sich in einem desolaten hygienischen Zustand.Auch für junge Leite eine Zummutung. Frühstück würde nicht anfeboten. Die Gäste im Hotel suspekt.Das Hotel an sich sehr hellhörig.Zimmer schlimmer als in Gefängnis. FAZIT: lieber100 € mehr in der Hand negemen und anderes Hotel buchen.

Esperienza terribile, indecente, al limite della legalità. Avevamo prenotato su Expedia una camera quadrupla con bagno privato. All'arrivo ci viene chiesto di pagare la camera, nonostante avessimo inserito la carta di credito durante la prenotazione su Expedia, e pensando che i dati della carta di credito all'atto della prenotazione fossero solo a garanzia della prenotazione stessa, paghiamo. Ci viene data una camera con bagno in condizioni indecenti (lenzuola sporche in terra, bottiglie vuote di acqua e vodka sui letti, bagno sporco con carta usata ovunque, dentifricio sul lavandino). Contestiamo la camera e ce ne viene data un'altra, sempre sporca, con lenzuola aggrovigliate e immondizia, oltre ad essere senza bagno. Contestiamo anche questa e ci viene offerta una terza camera, senza bagno, nonostante l'avessimo prenotato, e senza riscaldamento (e a gennaio, di notte soprattutto, è freddo). Il ragazzo della reception ci ha portato una stufetta elettrica per tentare di scaldare, ma non si poteva tenere accesa per la puzza di olio bruciato che emanava. Il bagno nel corridoio, condiviso con altri, era minuscolo e sporco. Vista l'organizzazione (pessima), ci viene lo scrupolo di verificare la prenotazione e notiamo addirittura di aver già pagato la camera al momento della prenotazione, quindi, di fatto, all'arrivo ci hanno chiesto un doppio pagamento, che abbiamo dovuto contestare. In tanti anni di viaggi anche in paesi estremamente poveri, mai vissuta un'esperienza così

Une expérience à éviter absolument: 3 nuits pour 330€ pour une chambre avec fenêtre grillagée, pas de chauffage, 2 jours sans eau chaude, des sanitaires déplorables, pas de fermeture des portes de douche sur le pallier et nécessité d'insister un maximum pour avoir une couverture pour dormir. Bref, une cellule de prison et non une auberge de jeunesse digne de ce nom. Nous souhaitons impérativement un dédommagement

Alojamiento de muy mala calidad, parecia que estubieramos en una peña en lugar de un albergue, solo llegar en la puerta de la lado de la entrada habia un vagabundo durmiendo, que mas tarde lo encontramos dentro del hall en los sillones de la entrada, no lo recomiendo en absoluto por el mismo precio hay opciones mejores.

Una cama individual de 2 (arriba y abajo). Con solo looker sin seguridad. Baño unisex por cada piso; sin papel higiénico, ni seguridad las 2 únicas regaderas dónde entrar a bañarse. Sin toallas. Solo una sábana para taparse.

Sem dúvida esse é disparado o pior hostel que eu e meu grupo de amigos já nos hospedamos, e isso não é exagero ou força de expressão. Excluindo a localização e o lençol cheiroso que recebemos no Check In, absolutamente nada funciona bem naquele lugar, nem mesmo o elevador que só ficou ativo algumas horas durante o primeiro dos 3 dias. Fechamos um quarto privativo onde haviam apenas 2 tomadas para 5 pessoas. Os colchões eram tão velhos que já estavam com buracos feitos pelas centenas de corpos que já dormiram neles. A barulhenta porta do quarto estava quebrada e não fechava por inteiro, provavelmente por já ter sido arrombada. Os cartões de acesso simplesmente param de funcionar. Nos 3 dias que ficamos, o lixo nunca foi recolhido. O banheiro é nojento… o espaço para o banho é pequeno demais e a cortina imunda encosta no corpo o tempo inteiro durante o banho. A água acaba encharcando todo o banheiro e sai pelo corredor a fora pq também não dão pano de chão para pisar após o banho. Na verdade, ele sequer é limpo durante a hospedagem… Há ainda uma janela no banheiro com alguns adesivos colados onde é possível ver o lado oposto, onde tb há uma outra janela… ou seja, privacidade zero! E além de todos esses problemas de estrutura e higiene, o que tb nos surpreendeu negativamente foi o staff. Diferente do que se espera da atmosfera de um hostel, o staff era rude e muito pouco solicito! Com exceção do brasileiro que fez o check-in e o senhor que ficou durante a madrugada, todos os out

Reservé una habitación con baño privado y me encontré com el baño fuera de la habitación. Llamé para que me dieran una solución y me dijeron q me podian dar un bono descuento para una próxima reserva: increíble pero cierto. La habitación estaba sucia y en la cama nos encontramos con in calcetín sucio: sim comentarios.

Deutsch: Der Boden im Zimmer ist vergleichbar mit einer Baustelle. Das Wasser hat nicht funktioniert, sodass die Gemeinschafts-Toilette so gestunken hat, dass man sich fast übergeben musste und man auch die Hinterlassenschaften der anderen Gäste beäugen konnte. Danach ging der Gestank auch nicht mehr weg und das Gemeinschaftsbad blieb schmutzig. Die Steckdosen haben ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Der Preis ist viel zu hoch für so eine Müllhalde. Selbst im Gefängnis sieht es tausend mal schöner aus. English: The floor in the room is comparable to a construction site. The water didn't work, so the shared toilet smelled so bad that you almost had to vomit and you could also see the other guests' messes. After that the smell didn't go away and the shared bathroom remained dirty. The sockets didn't work either. The price is way too high for such dump. Even in prison it looks a thousand times nicer.

Wij hadden een kamer met 2 bedden met eigen badkamer geboekt, maar toen we aankwamen (was heel laat) bleek dit niet zo in de bevestiging te staan. Dus let goed op, want ik zou zweren dat ik dat had gekozen. We eindigden in een leeg en heet kamertje met een matige plafondfan, we moesten gebruik maken van gedeelde douche en toilet. Volgende ochtend mocht ik mij melden bij de receptie en de superlieve dame heeft zonder issue onze kamer omgeboekt voor de overige 3 nachten. Fantastische kamer (101), klein frans balkonnetje met uitzicht op de Ramblas. Eigen toilet/ mini douche met een harde straal. Maar precies wat ik verwacht van een hostel. Geen fan, dus sliepen met deuren open wat wel luidruchtig was in de nacht (veel dronken toeristen, mensen die glas weg kwamen gooien in de glasbak die onder ons raam stobd) maar wij zijn goede slapers en vonden het wel gezellig :-) Heel blij met de service en hoe er om is gegaan met onze boeking die mis is gelopen. En verwacht geen luxe of gouden kranen maar gewoon precies wat je nodig hebt. Topplek, zou er zo weer heen gaan.

Le camere sono pessime (letti vecchiotti e mancava la tenda alle finestre!) e i bagni non in grandi condizioni, peccato per l’assenza della cucina ma l’aspetto fantastico è Marco, animatore dell’ostello che si occupa di organizzare le serate degli ospiti e di coinvolgerli in un clima meraviglioso. L’ostello è in piena rambla e il prezzo non è male, ma Marco merita un posto migliore!
