Enjoy your stay in this high-end 107 m² apartment, located on Casp Street, in the elegant Eixample district of Barcelona, surrounded by a wide variety of shops, cafés, and restaurants. Just a 5-minute walk from Plaça Catalunya, it offers comfort and style in the heart of the city.
The apartment features one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, each with its own private bathroom. For more comfort there's air conditioning and heating. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee maker, refrigerator, dishwasher, washer-dryer, and iron. The spacious living room includes a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Access to upper floors is available via an elevator.

No parties or loud music after 9:00 PM. A minimum fine of €150 will be imposed if it becomes necessary to call the police or a security guard to the apartment due to complaints about late-night noise.
Vacate the apartment by the agreed time (11h30) on the day of departure and leave the keys inside the apartment on the dinner table
Return ALL sets of keys at the end of the rental period, be subject to a minimum 50€ charge if not.
On arrival, a deposit of €200 is requested.

One of the swankiest places I’ve ever stayed
High ceilings. Chocolates on the towels laid out on the beds. A living room bigger than mine at home. A full kitchen with a dishwasher, plus a washer-dryer. Marble surfaces. Two bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. Accessible, but small balconies with great views of the street. Quiet neighborhood. Someone from the property management company met us at the outset, gave us a tour of the apartment, and explained everything to us. The place just felt luxurious.The neighborhood is nice, though not near any particular attractions. We found good food nearby. It’s about 1.3 km from the Sagrada Familia, and a similar distance from the old town and the harbor. About a five minute walk from a metro station.I wish I had had more than one night to enjoy this place.

An excellent apartment in the heart of Barcelona
The unit is well maintained, with a decently-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms, and a large living room and foyer. The location was outstanding; walkable to both the Gothic quarter and to Sagrada Familia. We paid for parking, but to access the space required driving through a narrow passageway that was maybe 20 m long but literally 10 cm wider than our car, so getting in and out was challenging.
Getting registered with the owners was also a little challenging. Even though we paid in advance, they kept e-mailing back about arrival times, paying the city tourist tax, etc. They wanted us to use an on-line app to register and pay, but the app did not work well, requiring over a dozen e-mails trying to figure out whether or not I had actually paid. In the end, I apparently didn't pay the security deposit, and someone showed up at our door to collect it in person the morning after we arrived, waking us all up because we were all jet-lagged. Other than this, everything else about the visit went smoothly, and I would be happy to stay in this unit again (although I would prefer that the owners fix their on-line app!).

Beautiful apartment in the heart of the city
This is a spacious and very comfortable apartment conveniently positioned in the city to access all the important sites and the main shopping centre. The bed was super comfortable and it was great to be able to relax on the huge sofas after a long day of sightseeing!
Check in was excellent and communication with the manager was extremely good.
I would happily stay here again.

Excellent location
Off the beaten track in a lovely, quiet neighborhood, it is possible to walk to anything you want to see, including Gothic Quarter and Sagrada Familia. Very clean and spacious with a great air-conditioner in the living area that still cooled the larger bedroom. Small bedroom has its own a/c unit, but no windows, so a bit cave-like. Large bedroom has a small balcony looking out over a tree-lined street. Junior was extremely helpful regarding use of the washer/dryer, which is very different from what we use in the States, and even came to the unit to help us. Our only wish was that we could have checked in before 2:00 PM. We would highly recommend this property.

No frills but a Great location and space
Overall, the apartment was really good. There was a lot of space, two full bathrooms, everything was as described. The reason for the overall score was based on the "no frills" aspect. There were two bath & hand towels, no washcloths. Depending on the length of stay you would need to launder towels. There were no extra blankets, if you wanted to use the kitchen there were no basics e.g. salt, pepper, storage containers / wraps. Typically, one rents a VRBO vs staying in a hotel is to have the home away from home conveniences that were lacking in this unit. I would recommend this apartment if you were not looking for this experience and were more interested in the space and location.

Excellent place to stay in Barcelona
We were two couples wanting a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in central Barcelona. This was perfect. The group has 12 short term rentals in the apartment building. We loved the Onia cafe downstairs. We asked the staff for restaurant recommendations for both tapas and paella -- these were excellent. They also directed us to a large, but hidden, grocery store nearby.

almost the perfect stay
This is a nice place to stay. Location is good, apartment very big. The only problem we had was the main bedroom has no air conditioning so you have to leave the door open in order to cool the room. If you are traveling with other people you cannot leave the door open as it is off the main room where tv and table are. Also, the water pressure is not the best for showers. But the apartment was very clean and located in a nice area with a nice coffee shop right next door. Also, for Americans they give you no washcloths. When we asked they said they use their hands. We bought wash clothes. Also, the washer/dryer is hard to operate and takes a long time to do a load.

Perfection!
The pictures do not do it justice. This is a gorgeous and large apartment. Palatial ceilings, marble floors throughout, two large bedrooms, two renovated bathrooms. Loved loved loved it.

Great location
In great walkable location - getting taxis was easy as was walking to restaurants and bars. Bathrooms were renovated and very nice, beds we’re comfortable. Washer/dryer was convenient - difficult to understand but figured it out. Overall great experience and would stay again!

Great place, Great location
We really enjoyed our stay in Barcelona. The VRBO was very centrally located, spacious, clean and had all the needed amenities. We had a little difficulty using the washer and dryer combo both in operating it and it taking so long to run, but if your in a hurry there is a paid laundromat right across the street. We really enjoyed the unit and would highly recommend it.

perfect place to stay
We loved this property....we have traveled in Europe and stayed in VRBO before and this far surpassed our previous experience. Firstly it is so spacious for a European flat...nice rooms and huge family room area. Very clean and the beds and pillows were beyond comfortable. confused by the all in one washer/dryer but googling helped me figure it out...bathrooms are updated and modern and also spacious for European standards. neighborhood is charming and the coffee/breakfast cafe right downstairs is delicious. Supermercados all around so you can find whatever you need and its walking distance to everything.

BEAUTIFUL BARCELONA ESCAPE!
Big space - both bedrooms large and bathrooms adequate to our needs. Large entertainment space with dining room that doubled as our 'work' space. Loved the fact that our flat looked over the beautiful tree-lined street.
