Welcome to My Space Barcelona! This modern 80 m² apartment, recently renovated and fully equipped, is located in the heart of Barcelona, right in front of the impressive Arc de Triomf. With a minimum stay of 1 day and available for up to 11 months, it is perfect for businesses, students, or anyone in need of a comfortable base in the city.

The apartment features a community pool and a rooftop terrace, and is just a few steps away from supermarkets, restaurants, and shops. The Eixample area is very well connected by metro and bus, and the famous Ciutadella Park, Gothic Quarter, and the beach are nearby. It is also the ideal location to enjoy the charm of Barcelona.

Security deposit: Charged at check-in and refunded within 7-14 business days.
No smoking: Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. A 400 EUR fine will apply for violations.
No parties allowed: A 400 EUR fine for unauthorized parties or gatherings.

Plenty of room and great location where you could walk to many sites to see and placed to eat. Check in was a little challenge--put your phone right next to the lock to open. Kitchen was great except for the door that served no purpose but to block entry to the kitchen or block opening the Frig. Loved the slicing door to make master bedroom private. Roof top pool was the bonus, great overall stay and would come back again.

Das Appartement ist super klein. 2 Schlafplätze sind auf Matratzen auf dem Boden und zwei auf einem defekten und viel zu kleinen Schlafsofa. Küchengeräte waren defekt und Geschirr nicht besonders sauber. Beim Duschen trat Wasser aus der Kabine und das Bad war daher ständig überflutet. Wir hatten 400 EUR Kaution hinterlegt, die wir nicht zurückbekommen haben. Und wurden Protokolle von Geräuschsensoren präsentiert, die belegen sollen, das worin der Nacht zu laut waren. Es gab aber keinen Hinweis auf die Sensoren selbst oder eine Definition was zu laut ist. Die Installation der Sensoren ohne vorherige Zustimmung ist schon ein Verstoß gegen den Datenschutz und ein Eingriff in die Privatsphäre und, somit verboten. Das ganze System ist darauf ausgelegt, die Kaution nicht zurückzugeben und somit im hohen Maße betrügerisch. Besser ein Hotel oder einen anderen Anbieter buchen. P.s. Ich war beim Rechtsanwalt und der kennt, das System aber die Chance das Geld in Spanien einzuklagen ist sehr gering. Wir konnten nur eine Anzeige wegen dem Verstoß gegen die Datenschutzgrundverordnung tätigen. Also besser Finger weg!!

Amazing Pad - Stay Quiet Though

The property is in an amazing location near the train station and not too long a walk from the beach through town. Stayed with 5 other lads and we were all impressed by the property and the way it was styled. The pool on the roof is in need of renovation but is still a nice addition. The whole place really gives that sense of being downtown and part of the scene. Unfortunately, we broke the terms of stay by making too much noise one night before going out and had our deposit withdrawn and were threatened to be thrown out the property. These consequences were very clear in the agreement, so we do take responsibility. However, it was a big shame because we took care of not being too loud, and when we were notified by the neighbour, he implored that it was okay and not to worry. We were just on our way out anyway and left thinking everything was okay. It was only the next day that we were notified of our possible eviction. With all the bustling city noise at night, that would often keep us awake, we were taken aback by this extreme reaction. So please, when out there, do take care to abide by the noise rules or you will lose your deposit promptly. All in all, great pad and would recommend for short stays.

Definitely much smaller than advertised and pool dirty and run down

This place advertised that it sleeps 8 people. We are a family of 6. 4 adults and 2 children. It was way too small for the 6 of us with luggage to sleep comfortably. The air conditioner worked some of the time… it was very hot in Barcelona and the nights were difficult with an AC that was inconsistent. There were sheets and very thin throws or shawls (not blankets) on the beds. There were no extra blankets available. The property manager was not quick to respond and it was very impersonal. We had to get a hotel room for 3 of the adults to make it work. The location was excellent but it was very loud at night. In the morning we were woken up 3/6 nights with hammering and sanding at 8 am. Presumably this was in the apartment above us. It felt like it was right above us. This lasted for a few hours each time. The pool was not usable. It was very run down and dirty. All the chairs up there were ripped up and falling apart. The apartment itself was clean. For 3 people there was enough space and the location was great. Water pressure also very good. Overall the value for the money for us was not good. We would have paid less and would have felt more supported and comfortable in a hotel. It would have been cheaper as well to rent 3 rooms in a hotel. We didn’t use the kitchen much so if you are not planning to cook, there is very little added value here.

Great location

The apartment was in a great location — near metro station and on edge of Gothic Quarter. Pictures represent it well but much smaller and tighter quarters than I expected. It still worked well for five of us. The rooftop pool is in need of repair and generally not particularly clean. I would recommend it to others given how convenient and functional it was.

Un fraude! Me cobraron de más en el checking. Apartamento en estado lamentable

Al llegar a recoger las llaves en la oficina que está en el otro extremo de la ciudad, me cobraron de lo pactado. Las fotos ofrecían un apartamento nuevo y de lujo y lo que encontramos fue un apartamento en estado lamentable. Una de las habitaciones pequeñas tenía una puerta que daba a un balcón y que no cerraba, dejando pasar el frío. El parquet estaba rayado y muy estropeado, la mampara de la ducha no cerraba bien, poca presión del agua. Llamé y me dijeron que irían a arreglar la puerta o a ofrecernos otro apartamento. Pero nunca lo arreglaron ni hicieron nada por arreglar la puerta. La habitación principal tiene una gran puerta corredera que hace mucho ruido al cerrarla y araña aún más el parquet, la puerta del baño principal no cierra bien; la ducha con poca presión; cables de la televisión colgando.Nunca resolvieron nada. NO VOLVERÉ NUNCA MÁS . El propietario no parece preocuparle lo que sus huéspedes puedan sentir porque jamás me hizo la llamada que esperé . Es increíble.

Adequate. Very basic in the way it was equipped. But it was a good base.

The bargain of the month turned out not to be. By the time My Space had charged for cleaning and for an early check in. Also they did not put my refundable deposit back on my card for two weeks and charged commission.The office where you have to check in is a taxi ride away from the property.
