The location of the hotel is quite good, but the service attitude of the staff was truly shocking. The front desk staff were impatient, indifferent, and even mocked the guests. I suggest that anyone considering this hotel think twice before booking.

We had a great stay of a few nights at the NH Collection Gran Calderon. It was great to be so centrally located, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the rooftop pool and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

Large rooms with view. Top roof top bar, restaurant and pool had the best views of Barcelona.

The only negative is how noisy the hotel corridors are at night so hard to get a good nights sleep. Our room was beside a lift 723 so would suggest avoiding a room by the lifts
