This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment is modern and elegant and is located in the attractive L'Eixample district, 50 metres from Diagonal Avenue. The property is situated in a lively area, with numerous bars and restaurants.
The apartment has a balcony, air conditioning, safe, and free Wi-Fi.
The lounge has comfortable sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine.
It has three double rooms (1 suite) and 1 single rooms. It can accommodate up to 7 people.
The apartment has 3 bathrooms equipped with a shower.
The apartment is provided with towels and bed linen upon arrival. Mobile self check-in from 3:00 PM.
The apartments are located just 500 metres from the well-known Rambla de Catalunya and a 10-minute walk from the FGC train station in Gràcia and Provença, and the Diagonal metro station that connect with the entire city. A 15-minute walk away, we find the exclusive Passeig de Gràcia, where La Pedrera and Gaudí's Casa Batlló are located.
The building has a common area on the roof, with a chill-out space, where you can relax after a long day.

Nos amargaron la estadía
