Dear Nerissa,First of all, we appreciate the trust in our Hotel to stay for the second time in Barcelona.We are sorry that your experience this time was not to your liking. We must point out that our facilities are not prepared for groups. We are a small and family hotel. Your reservations came to us individually through different websites and until you arrived at the hotel, we did not know that all of those people were travelling together. In our Hotel, check-in is from 3:00 p.m. You can check it in the Hotel conditions.
