  • A 22-square-meter private room with a bathroom and kitchenette (furniture, microwave, and refrigerator) in an unbeatable location. Located next to Las Ramblas, right beside the legendary Liceo Theater, next to La Boquería Market, and just a few minutes’ walk from Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia. Very close to the port and the best shopping districts and museums. It is located next to the Palau Güell, the family mansion designed by Gaudí.

    The room is very bright thanks to its balcony overlooking Barcelona’s Las Ramblas; it features hot/cold air conditioning, a spacious closet, and a private bathroom.

    The apartment has a common area with a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and weekly housekeeping service.

Arrivée très bien organisée, la personne que nous avions en contact très reactive.Très grande chambre, propre, literie correcte, juste un peu bruyant, écho de la rue...A l'interieur du bâtiment malgré plusieurs chambres, calme, le silence est respecté. Tres bon emplacement, du balcon vue sur la rambla. Près de la boqueria, plaza reial, Christophe colomb....etc. Chambre recommandée pour sejourner à Barcelone .

A localização é perfeita, no melhor lugar para caminhar, perto do centro. O barulho das pessoas na rua pode incomodar alguns. O prédio (hall de entrada e escadas) é muito antigo e não muito bem cuidado, com um cheiro de mofo muito forte (o que não é culpa do anfitrião), porém o quarto é limpo, confortável e aconchegante. A maior reclamação é do fato de que o número da propriedade não foi mencionado no endereço. Cheguei de madrugada e fiquei perdido até que o proprietário me respondesse a mensagem. Seria muito mais fácil mencionar que é ao lado do Palau Güell. A rua fica um pouco perigosa de madrugada. De resto tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa.

I am sharing my sincere concern about this kind of accommodation to make sure people don’t get ripped off by this horrible accommodation!!!!The building is in a horrible condition and I have pictures to prove that!The entry was covered with mud and dirt on the floorIt smelled disgustingThe walls and ceiling have holesTrash bags sitting in front of the door and they stinkThe sheets are not clean I don’t think they were even washedThe floor had dust clusters in the cornersIt’s advertised as a studio with kitchenette but there is only a counter with a tiny fridge and a tea kettleThis is false advertising misleading and dishonestI demanded a refund of my money and didn’t get any I had to leave immediately and take my husband and my luggage to go look for a hotel room in the middle of the nightNo one deserves this kind of treatment!

Notre fils devait y passer 5 Jours, il est rentré le lendemain après midi.Location situé dans un quartier plutôt glauque (drogués), mais ce nest pas la faute du propriétaire, très bruyant jusqu'à 6h du matin.Pour la location il faut passer par l'entrée d'un hôtel une étoile pas très accueillant, monter un escalier dont les murs se décrépissent par l'humidité, un cafard mort dans l'escalier et une dizaine de mouchoirs usagés le long des étages.Le propriétaire ne vous accueillera pas vous ne pourrez correspondre avec lui que par téléphone, d'ailleurs notre fils ne l'a jamais vu car apparemment il n'était pas sur Barcelone.La location comprend une salle de bain avec des toilettes et un bac de douche, une autre pièce avec un lit ainsi qu'un petit évier, un four micro-ondes, et un frigo, dans le meuble/evier de votre chambre vous ne trouverez que quelques assiettes (4), deux fourchettes et deux verres, la cuisine que vous voyez en photo n'est pas individuelle, mais elle est commune à toutes les chambres de l'étage.Donc si vous voulez vous faire à manger dans votre chambre vous n'avez qu'un micro-ondes. Nous avons payé 75 de forfait ménage pour avoir une location impropre, par exemple la baie vitrée donnant sur le balcon était couverte de traces d'humidité, la climatisation marchait mais elles sent la poussière même en attendant longtemps.Nous avons signalé cette location a Abritel mais sans succès, nous écrivons cet avis afin que personne d'autre ne se fasse avoir.
