Good 1. Good location, near shopping area and restaurant, not too far from Metro. 2. Apartment are nice and definitely clean. Bad 1. Reception desk are far for check in, we have change from airport train and take two more metro stop and use 10mins to found the reception. Finally, we have to take taxi. 2. AC system for living room and master bedroom only, other 2 rooms are hot during summer. 3. Staff performance are unstable, sometimes bad at check in and good at check out at the same person.

the apartment is in one location and the office you need to register is in a different ones requiring to take a taxi. It wasn't mentioned anywhere, not even in the building, creating us an hassle just arrived, however the apartment was big and clean.

God lejlighed midt i Barcelona

God og hurtig indtjening. Transport fra indtjekningsstedet til lejligheden skete nemt med metroen - kun to stop. Lejligheden var lidt mørk og den vendte ud mod baggården, men indretnings- og størrelsesmæssigt var den meget fin. Kunne ikke være placeret bedre. Vi var lige midt i byen og kunne gå til det meste. Udtjekning sker nemt ved blot at efterlade nøglen i lejligheden.

Look Elsewhere. Terrible Service and Apartment.

The property had people enter our apartment multiple times without as much as a phone call for warning and forced us to move apartments on short notice. I had a booked an apartment for 3 nights. The second day we were there we came back to our apartment to find the door wide open and 2 women inside our apartment. We were told the apartment weren't going to be serviced, so we had all of our things out in the open. The people claimed they worked for Short Stay Group and that they thought the apartment was empty, apologized and left. I went to the bathroom and when I came out I saw they had let themselves back in again. This time they handed me a phone, the man on the telephone said that we had been given the wrong apartment, that they had made a mistake and I was to leave and move to a new one immediately. So we spent 30 minutes repacking and moving to a new apartment, while cleaning ladies rushed us onward. Both apartments needed a paint job and had broken door handles.

Not happy at all! Upon arrival relatively happy with the property although we did see a dead cockroach in the foyer but ignored this due to the weather. At first impressions the apartment was very nice in terms of decor. All beds were clean and towels and sheets were provided along with complimentary shampoo/cream. Large kitchen which was also well equipped. The flat was very spacious and had great ventilation throughout. As time went on during our four night stay we saw the issues begin to arise. Ants/Silverfish appearing in the bathrooms, a shower curtain that just kept falling down, the iron never worked and when reported we were never provided a replacement! Also noticed tiles lifting on the kitchen floor, one of the air conditioners started leaking, an electrical socket fell out of the wall. In addition we then saw multiple live and dead cockroaches in the foyer and stairs up to our apartment. Not happy at all and reaching out to Expedia to complain, not four star and not happy! In addition we flew back yesterday and have still not received the deposit back when we were told we would have it back on the same day! Also we were provided a whatsapp line to contact out of hours which we could never get in touch with most of the time.

Average Apartment in great location.

The office to check in was 2metro stops away and the Barcelona map was confusing so it took forever to find the place. We had trouble getting the door unlocked, even got another guest to try and help. In the end we called and got it sorted out. The apartment was large, but walls needed repainting. Scuffed and grease marks in both the LR and Bedroom. Bed was comfortable but the room was uncomfortable to sleep in as the AC only really cooled the LR. A ceiling fan or box fan would’ve been great (and for the price wouldn’t be too much to ask. Nice view out the window of the AC unit. Overall so-so for the price. I saw a room I’ve the back that looked much brighter. Maybe the dark grey walls added to the atmosphere.

바르셀로나 가족여행으로 이용한 아파트

메인 리셉션(아파트 키 분출 및 체크인 장소)의 위치와 실제 예약된 아파트의 위치가 무거운 가방을 가지고 다니기에 너무 멀고 불편함. 늦은시간(오후 8시)이후 체크인 시에 예약된 아파트에서만 체크인이 되면 추가 비용(40유로)가 지불되어야 함이 불편함. 무료 식수 제공이 되지 않아 아쉬움. 리셉션 관리인 등 관계자들은 매우 친절함. 아파트의 청결과 관리상태는 만족스러운 상태이며 주변 위치 및 시내 관광에 매우 좋은 위치임.

The apartment is located in a great location. Check-in is in a different area, 30-35 minutes walking. It was a little dirty when we arrive, but overall is was alright.

The apartment is in a great location. Easy to get around with a Metro station only 2 blocks away. Good restaurants near by and a market not a half a block away. Beds were very comfortable and water pressure in shower was great. Living room and dining room furniture is a bit worn and should be replaced and walls need to be touched up but overall well worth the money and would differently stay there again. Note the office is not located at property. Must check in at office before arriving to your apartment. Office is about a 20-30 minute walk or just 1 Metro station away.
