This central apartment has everything you need to spend a few days of real pleasure or business in the most exclusive shopping area of Barcelona, just a few minutes from Plaza Catalunya and the famous Paseo de Gracia, where the boutiques of the best brands of international fashion. A space as romantic as it is practical; romantic, as it is a stylish and very comfortable apartment with everything you need to surprise your partner, and with wonderful views of the majestic Coliseum Theater building. And practical for your business, for its excellent location, for the relaxation that will provide you with its spacious and comfortable living room - with two balconies, and completely soundproofed thanks to the double glazing of its large windows - and for the freedom and discretion it offers.

Located in the heart of the city, SIBS Coliseum has an unbeatable location and all the features to become your best ally for your getaways to the county. Do you need more info? Contact us and we will answer all your questions.

Our usual check-in time is from 15h to 21h, so we recommend that you contact us in advance to be able to set your arrival time.

Check out is until 11:00 a.m., but late check out can be requested, subject to availability.

Outside of established hours we have the following rates:Late Check in: arrival after 21 has a cost of €30 until 23h, then €10 will be added for every extra hour.

Late check out (departure after 11h. until 14h.) and early check-in (arrival before 15h.) incurs an extra cost of €60

The apartment has the HUTB tourist license.

Tourist tax: €6,25 person/night not included in the final price. Payment must be made in cash upon arrival at the apartment for all guests over 16 years of age, and up to a maximum of 7 days.

Law 5/2017 of the Generalitat of Catalonia, for stays with check in from 1/4/2017.

3 days in Barcelona

Excellent location - we are walkers, but the metro is very close by. Peaceful retreat after a morning outing and lunch to rest up before heading out again! The photos from the balcony when we booked this showed a huge publicity spider on the Coliseum across the boulevard. Just FYI for arachnophobia’s, that spider is long gone! 😀

Good location but there were issues!

This was a good location although the building itself was rather seedy. Apartment was clean but somewhat run down. The biggest issue was a strong smell of sewage that permeated the entire lobby and stairwell. I did not bring this to the agent’s attention since I doubted there would be anything she could do about it. I would not rent this unit again due to the smell!

Perfect appartment and amazing location!!!

We stayed for 3 nights in april 2022 and it was wonderful!! This appartment has everything you need, whole kitchen, washer and dryer, a large living and dining room and the view is just amazing!! It was very clean!! The location is perfect too, close to La Rambla, the metro, all the shops, restaurants, the plazas, it was perfect!! Thank you!!
