The airport bus was not v enough. End up only my sons can get in with the luggages but my husband and I have to take a taxi to the terminal. The staff at the check in counter is ok but not v welcome. They basically has no bell boy service, only the time they helped us was after we checked in, our luggage sent to our room by them. And it is a meeting hotel, so for individual customer there is lack of service. And the hotel location is a bit far from the center tourist attraction
