"WOW! The villa was even better than in photos. We did not speak the same language as the hosts, but they did absolutely everything they could to make our stay perfect! We hosted our wedding here with 21 people, including ourselves. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The venue, food, vendors, etc. were just wonderful. If you're on the fence about this listing, this is your sign to book it! "

"A slice of heaven on Earth! Originally we had intended to use this as a home base to visit other areas. Once we arrived and witnessed to beautiful surroundings we only made a couple of trips. We could not have had a better family experience. The owners made it very special leaving a basket of farm fresh goodies that we made the most delightful Potato Leek soup. The downside, we had to leave to go home!! :( Just delightful!!!!! "

"When I dreamt of visiting Tuscany, Villa Olivi was what I dreamt of. It was perfect for our friends and us. The views are incredible, and the house was very comfortable and accommodating. As withers have expressed, there is one tight squeeze going up the hill in a car, but otherwise the whole experience was magical."

"We left a big piece of our collective hearts in Treppignana! The massive, rustic building was perfect for our family group. When you travel a long way (Canada and Norway) it’s great to be impressed and that we were! Everyone was kind and accommodating to us. It was a very personal experience. We had the pizza chef come to feed us one evening. This is most highly recommended. I got pretty good at driving the road up to the palazzo but I recommend two things: at first, don’t do it in the dark, and be sure to rent a narrow, sturdy vehicle. Overall a 10/10 unforgettable experience. "

"Clean and big house but everything is really old, both kitchens are really old and need to be replaced. It is a bit over payed for what you get!Great views and nice pool! Beds are oké but for longer persons a bit short;) The property managers Hennie and Joan are great clean the pool every morning. Giving tips about the environment! "

"We had such a great time staying there.The house, a typical rustic Italian house, is well located for daytrips to Florence or Pise, and we really enjoyed the private pool and garden, which was ideal for our family and our kids. They could run freely around the house. The pool is fully fenced which was a big plus too.Andrea is lovely and communication with him was really easy."
