Every member of the Dilman staff was exceptional! From getting reservations for tours, for transportation and for meals - to suggesting places of interest. The breakfasts were lovely and the spritz after a long day of sightseeing wonderful. I can not recommend them highly enough. It was a lovely stay in a great spot where the smaller hotel made for real attentiveness to the guests. Hope to get back there for another vacation.
