the location is good, about 1 mile from Bari Centrale train station and about .5 miles from the Old Town. I asked for fresh towels after day 2 and was told that I would receive them, and never did. The bath towels don't dry in the bathroom. So, that was annoying to me. Also, the TV didn't work. Breakfast had a nice assortment.

Really nice room, convenient location close to the historic center as well as the main shopping street in Bari. The room itself was nice and clean, there was a coffee machine and a water kettle for tea. Breakfast was really good, plenty of options to choose from, and great service. Great location. Super friendly breakfast service. Free coffee (nice coffee) and water. I would sugest to upgrade the room with a bottle/wine opener and a few glasses. Highly recommend, sleeps 2 adults snd 2 kids easily.

The room was lovely with steps leading up to the bathroom, and nice buffet breakfast also included. There was air conditioning in the bedroom (not powerful enough to also cover the bathroom but this was ok). We had a Whatsapp message daily to ask if we would like our room cleaned. There are a lot of steps up to the rooms, but there is also a lift which was useful for our suitcases. Great location - only a 5 minute walk to the old town :-)

Acomodações, localização e breakfast muito bons. O sistema de checkin é meio confuso no início, mas depois que descobrimos como mexer no aplicativo ficou muito bom. Sugiro melhorar as informações para o acesso principal e para o quarto, pois além de nós, vimos mais 2 hospedes com dificuldades. Como já haviamos aprendido, acabamos ajudando a eles. The room was large, clean and had everything I needed, a little balcony to listen to the city. Not even a 10 minute walk from the train station and walkable to downtown/port. The breakfast area being in the building across the street was a little strange, and the entryway is more like going into an apartment building than a B&B with a virtual check-in, with that said the staff I did communicate with in person and via their app were friendly and helpful.

Hôtel sans réception, tout se fait à distance via une App dédiée, très bien situé dans le centre de Bari, à 2 blocs du centre ville historique. La chambre et la salle de bain proposent toutes les commodités d'un très bon hôtel 3 étoiles : bonne literie, petit frigo, un 2e écran TV dans la salle de bain. Le choix de hôtel Gatto Bianco s'avère être un excellent choix avec un rapport qualité / prix de premier plan. Petit plus : la climatisation est facile à régler et le débit d'air n'est pas en direction du lit.

The stay was fine. The problem is that it was not clear what we were getting. It is a room. Period. No lobby or common area. No reception. No staff. The “breakfast” is some packaged biscuits in the room. Good location, near shops and restaurants. Room itself was large, nice bathroom. But the experience was lacking.
