「Sauberes Hotel, Aussicht leider auf Bauruinen. Sehr netter Security Mitarbeiter, die restlichen Mitarbeiter leider wenig hilfsbereit. Abends keine Möglichkeit im Ganzen Ort zu essen, da alle Restaurants geschlossen, Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption wenig hilfsbereit. Obwohl Frühstück aufgrund frühem Flug für 7:30 bestellt und versprochen, war niemand da. Der sehr hilfsbereite Security Mitarbeiter hat uns Kaffee/Tee und Bananen gebracht. Als die Mitarbeiter für das Frühstück um 7:50 langsam...

「I could not praise the staff enough at this hotel - they are all so friendly, helpful and super attentive. The food options were excellent and the buffet meals changed daily (with a few consistent staples. Whilst I agree with some reviews that the rooms are a bit outdated - they were always cleaned properly. The rest of the hotel was not outdated (and who spends enough time in the hotel room to care about it being outdated) and had a good blend of natural elements to make every part of the hotel...

There is a general air of disrepair, beyond reception and the atrium. There is an extension/conservatory next to the breakfast area that had significant leaks. The breakfast itself was limited, the pastries...
