「Lake Grindstone is a beautiful lake. I kayaked and played off the dock with my Welsh Terrier. That said, the cabin doesn’t make a good first impression as the deck is dirty and in need of a blowing off. The deck would not be safe for small children as there are gaps in the spindles. Could crawl and fall 8-10 feet. Couldn’t close the screen on the deck door off the LR; but was able to get it on the track using a butter knife. Satellite TV didn’t work. 「This cabin was beautiful and spacious enough for our party of 8. Very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The cabin was exactly as shown in the pictures. 「We had a great time staying at this well set up and comfortable cabin! Wanted to use the kayaks they supply but it was raining so we played games and we were able to get the PWHL playoff hockey game on the smart tv which was amazing! Downtown Hayward is a short ride away and we spent a day walking around this cute town. The beds are very comfortable which we were all thankful for.」
