Massive rooms

Room size was exceptionally and impressively large. Excellent condition throughout and bathroom looked new. Bit of traffic noise in night to be expected on a bank holiday weekend and mattresses were satisfactory. Location very central though and parking was easy.

Was a nice place, but not in a great area. Not being used to road noise it kept us awake most of the night. Otherwise room was clean and warm. Could have done with a hairdryer.

Satisfactory

Room very clean. tea coffee etc kettle. No hairdryer. Small area for hanging clothes. Bathroom bright and clean. Bed comfy had a great sleep. Steps to the front door. Steps to the room. Not suitable for unsteady older or disabled people. Only thing I need to say, is read the instructions,and read again. And check your messages. Stayed one night, the area was near where I needed to be. And my overall experience was satisfactory.

Wonderful property. The room was clean and welcoming with everything you need for a stay. Well decorated and felt very homely. The book in process was efficient with easy to follow instructions. Added bonus for the car park just next door. Very reasonable priced room. You are warned in the ad that the street is noisy. This is true. I stayed on a Saturday night and you need to be aware of the nighttime activities of inebriated individuals. The pub however have a swift music off and customer exit which was great. Otherwise, highly recommended. Brilliant little spot. Will stay again.

Better to employ people than rely on computers

The room was actually pretty good, but the accommodation is above a very poor quality pub, who said they had 'nothing to do' with the hotel. The owners have invested in an automated key delivery system which would be ok, if it worked. Unfortunately, the system failed and I had to call somebody by phone (from the street because the phone signal was weak) who directed me to a cleaner's cupboard to find a spare room key. Not a very satisfying experience.

Left our float for the next day carboot .went out and had a few sherberts came back after some supper .straight to bed.on getting up next morning and getting ready noticed float had gone.wasnt whrre we left it.we left at 5.30 am so couldnt report it £35 gone to someone who knows how to access rooms.hope manager sees this and calls me to discuss. Apart from that couldnt really complain.room clean bed comfortable.surved the purpose.just wish that hadnt spoilt our stay

Couldn’t even get into my room

Couldn’t even get into the room. I should’ve been sent an access code but wasn’t. Then when I went to the bar underneath they didn’t want to help at all, saying they had nothing to do with it. No way of contacting the hotel directly. Terrible set up

Amazing place to stay

The staff was verh helpful from the cleaners to check in. Everyfhing was perfect, the only thing i felt was missing during my stay, was an iron and ironing board. Other than this, the room state, modernisation, locality, staff everything was perfect.
