“As a paying family of 5 who required the sofa bed, we were disappointed to discover that the linens for the sofa bed were not in the room. This was our second hotel of the trip and the second hotel that did not have what we needed. Very disappointing. Not only that, but one of the cards did not work to open the door. After the 3rd attempt of recoding and trying the door, we were finally given a replacement card. Needless to say, we decided to try a different hotel chain for our overnight stop on……

“I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, the conditions were subpar, and I encountered several issues. The pool area had an unpleasant odor, and the room's refrigerator was not functioning properly, resulting in a foul smell. Additionally, the bedding was stained. I was also charged a $100 deposit beyond my initial reservation cost. I would appreciate it if you could provide a refund for the inconvenience caused.”

“The room was clean and comfortable but there was a window ac unit and no shade on the window. Closing the curtains for privacy meant blocking the ac. The room also lacked a full length mirror and had limited bathroom vanity space. I did like the laminate floors, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfy”
