“Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,……

“Fantastic staff ALL so friendly. Rooms were spacious and clean. We got the package deal that included dinner and breakfast. Dinner was great and happy with options available. Breakfast plenty to choose from. Can't fault anything. We used the facilities onsite gym and pool. Incredible gym, well kitted out with decent equipment. Pool was great. Stream room and sauna were good size, didnt feel cramped when other people in. Overall great overnight stay. Would definitely stay again ”

“Such a beautiful place with a high level of cleanliness, we couldnt fault it! Loved the little touches of coffee machine & classical music played on arrival into our room. We throughly enjoyed our time at the bell and we're already planning our next visit!
