「Room was ok. The TV and the safe box were not working. Breakfast is limited, not healthy, and mostly sugary. The pastries are poorly made. There's no restaurant service during the day, and no bar either. The place is quiet and relaxing, but it can get a bit boring.」

But hotel staff other than moreen and Natalia are bad at customer service. Victoria was still bad till smoke busy and not serving guest. Hotel staff needs CS service and English training 」

「It’s a cute older/rustic property, located in a historic area. The Staff was very friendly, but because it doesn’t have window screens, our room was filled with mosquitoes, and our bed had dead mosquitoes on top of the cover. It looked like they had just recently sprayed. 」
