Found a roach in our room within about 5 minutes of being thetr. Immediately went to the front desk to get a refund on the room wirh the dead roach in hand and even have a photo of said roach as well. La habitación necesita algunas reparaciones en el techo y ventana. Reparar el cable de la televisión, y la televisión, dice Netflix gratis pero solo hay cable y aveces no funcionan todos los canales

Hotel San Francisco
Bugs everywhere in the bathroom, A/C did not blow cold, mattress was firm and uncomfortable. Loud music every night sounded like a concert next door, wifi always ws out and rarely worked, breakfast sucked! F-
