「The staff were very helpful and friendly, and the beds were very comfortable. The room did not have much floor space, considering it was supposed to be an accessible room for an electric wheelchair. The bathroom was particularly problematic since I could not get my wheelchair into the bathroom properly. I was unable to use the accessible shower because my chair did not fit past the door. I noticed a lot of dust in areas.」

「I recommend that guests double-check and confirm with the front desk whether their deposit will be refunded automatically or if they need to swipe their card in person. I was very frustrated when the front desk employee told me during check-out that I didn’t need to swipe my card to get the deposit refund. However, after driving an hour away, the front desk called me back to inform me that I had to return to swipe the card in person......Lost my time and gas.」
