「Wir hatten ein Appartement im Erdgeschoss in den Innenhof, was auf jeden Fall angenehmer ist als zur Straße hin. Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund und hatten ausreichend Platz. 「we arrive later than the check in time so we see no receptionists there. luckily we went to a bar and the waiter gave us the key. the hotel should better tell us what to do/who to find beforehand.
there is no shower in the house so it is inconvenient to go out under such a freezing weather.

"I paid right much to get upgrade to the suit. Unfortunately even though there was no cleaning at all. The front desk told me I need scan the QR code on screen for ordering a cleaning. I did it when I left the room around noon, but they did not clean the room, and finally blame me I did order it too late! It’s purely ridiculous! Furthermore from the room the guest has no way to reach the hotel personal by any means. If the guest encountered emergency, he/she could do is by using own mobile phone to call city emergency service. This is a big safety faulty of this hotel! I will never stay in this chain hotels!"
