I gave 5 star on this hotel only because it is a new facility. Only stay for a night but the staff had provided a good customer service. Clean room. Easy access to many restaurants and right across from a shopping outlet. Easy check in and check out. Breakfast was included on our stay and it was pretty okay. If the hotel will keep a 4 star rating I will stay again.

Hotel was wonderful! Very clean and looked brand new. However, the mattress and pillows left a lot to be desired. Both the mattress and pillows were very lumpy.

Room was very good and front desk folks were nice. At breakfast the waffle maker was close to broken, they ran out of biscuits 5 minutes after it started and took more than 10 minutes to get more, there was no butter out until I asked one of the attendants and their oven stopped working 2 days prior so there was no food at the bar. Nothing major just seems like a better than average hotel and didn’t quite meet our expectations.
