Wonderful Property

Christmas at Attitash
The property matched the description. The condo is well stocked - I kept finding more and more things that I didn't realize were there (like shampoo and hot chocolate) as the week went on. We did not realize that the pool was at the base of the mountain and shared with many other properties, but otherwise all as expected and a great getaway within minutes of the mountain. Peter was prompt in all of his communications, which was much appreciated!

Loved Peter’s Place
We loved our stay at this property. It was absolutely perfect for my family of five including three kids: 13, 11, & 3. It was better and bigger than advertised. It’s close to Diana’s Bath, Echo Lake and Storyland and a 15/20 minute drive to North Conway. We loved the spaciousness of the house and the easy use of Attitash. We hope to stay here again!!!

Family trip to Story Land
We loved our stay at this beautiful, comfortable home in the woods. We had plenty of room for our extended family to join us and everything we needed for young children. We highly recommend this location.

Three generation trip!!
Perfect house for our three generation trip ranging from 73 to 3. Plenty of living space and the beds were comfortable. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could possible need. The downstairs bedroom can be a little dark because of no overhead lighting and the showers are on the smaller side. But those are the only downsides. Close to everything without being right in the center of the craziness and you get to enjoy the quiet of the mountains

Winter family vacation
My family has been staying at Peter’s condo for at least 7 years. It’s clean, nicely located in a beautiful wooded area. My family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children have had many good memories cooking and baking in a very well equipped kitchen. My grandchildren have enjoyed swimming in the Attitash pool along with other interesting attractions close by. We love going to Peter’s place!

Great Weekend Getaway!
The condo was cleaned and up to date. The owners were responsive when vrbo was down and we couldn’t get the check in information on our app. We were able to find some great little spots right outside of North Conway which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Wooded Family Getaway
This is a newly updated condo that has a cool layout and is nicely stocked. You will feel at home here and be able to relax in the woods as it is a quiet complex and private deck. Our most important feature was having access to the indoor and outdoor Attitash pools which are a must for our family and friends when they visit. Thanks again for a great vacation stay!

Summer getaway
This property offers a good layout for a family group. It has a large gathering area, kitchen, and dining area. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the living area furniture was comfortable. There is also a large deck with umbrella table and very comfortable chairs. The upstairs bedroom was spacious, and the two downstairs bedrooms were small. The location was great for our group as we planned on visiting Storyland and the Living Shores aquarium both of which are a short car ride away. We found a couple of really nice playgrounds for the children in our group - one at an elementary school down the road and the other near the community center in North Conway. Food shopping and restaurants are all available nearby. Just an fyi…the indoor pool at the Attitash Mountain Resort is closed indefinitely for maintenance so that was unavailable during our stay. We did use the outdoor pool and hot tub there. The owner, Peter, was easy to contact and helpful with any inquiry/request. Overall, it was a good property for us. Only negatives were phone service is spotty so we often could not receive or make a call, and mattresses and bed linens in the downstairs bedrooms could use updating.

Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous!!
What a great Rental. Condo was Quiet, Clean, Comfortable and Convenient. Located close to everything we wanted to do - but set back into the woods so that we could enjoy peace and quiet and the beautiful forest. Access to the Outdoor Pool and other amenities was a wonderful bonus. Check-In/ Check-Out was seamless . Owner was very responsive and regarding questions (which were very few thanks to the communications before our trip). Everyone on the trip was sad to have to leave - we will be looking at going back every year!!!

Great Place To Stay!
This was the perfect winter getaway spot! It was cozy, clean, and in a great location. The host was excellent and very responsive. We went away for a family winter vacation. The location is safe for kids of all ages. Highly recommend. We will definitely be renting again, and I would love to see this location in the summer too. Bonus - Access to the Attitash Mountain pool! A win for the kids.

Excellent comfort in the mountains!
A group of 7 friends (2 couples and 3 singles) came up here for a weekend of skiing at Bretton Woods. This was the perfect place to spend our weekend! There was ample room, even more than I was expecting from the pictures. The master suite is large and spacious, the two secondary rooms are a good size with large beds. The living space is large and cozy with multiple couches and a gas stove that looks like a wood burning stove without all the hassle! There is also a pullout couch, a cot, and an air mattress available. The access to the hot tub was great after a long day at the mountain. The place is about 30 minutes from Bretton Woods and about 15 minutes from North Conway. We made some great memories with great friends and we’d love to come back. Peter was responsive and helpful to all our questions. If I had to make one suggestion, it’s that under the pullout couch there were some crumbs, but that was a minor issue after everything else.

Stayed at the place for three nights in late December. Was easy to find, easy to get to, easy to get into and easy to use. We used the key pad exclusively instead of the key. If we had a knock it would be that both shower stalls were very small. I’m not a large person and my elbows were rubbing the walls.

Very clean and comfortable!
Our family of 5 adults stayed at this townhouse/condo Dec 18-20, 2021. It was perfect for us. Booking and info we received were very easy. The layout is great as it has a very nice kitchen and a large living room with gas stove, 3 couches and 2 chairs. Plenty of comfy seating to watch the large screen TV. Upstairs master bedroom is very large, with king bed, a crib, a large jacuzzi tub and separate bath with small shower. The 2 showers in the condo are quite small, but doable. The bunk beds in the bedroom off of the living room are large - full or queen mattresses (not sure which). My very tall son slept on the bottom and said it was comfy. All beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped - but be sure to bring your own K-cups for coffee. As far as location, it's 20 minutes to North Conway restaurants and shops (thus my 4-star rating), but only 1.5 miles to Attitash. The condo has the best location within the neighborhood as the side deck looks over woods and a babbling brook. Beautiful, quiet, and private.

Beautiful place. We came to watch fall foliage in New Hampshire. Enjoyed our stay. Cabin has everything needed plus there is a sport club with indoor pool, jacuzzi, billiard. Great location too.

Foliage galore
This place had it all, I hate when I read so many good reviews and a few terrible ones. This property was clean, perfect location tucked away but close to great restaurants and stores. I love to cook and the kitchen was very accommodating. Five kids and three adults and we weren't on top of each other. The views were good, it's not mountain side or on the water but the foliage was stunning and we live in new England already! Can't wait to go back. Peter responded instantly with any questions pre arrival. And the place was perfect so we didn't need him once there! Anybody who gives this place a bad review is a ding ding in my opinion.

First of all, Peter was a great host and very responsive to messages. The place was actually a little bigger than expected and very nice. Our group was attending a wedding Jackson and loved hanging out in the big living room, open kitchen, and back deck. The area is beautiful and very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Great accommodations for a family stay.
Everything was as I read about prior to booking our stay. The house was very clean upon arrival and spacious. Check in was a breeze and all the amenities were there as well. Clean towels, utensils,, on site washer and drier on a quiet wooded setting not far from all the attractions. I must also mention. Having access to the Attitash sports club was a hit for the whole family. We will definitely consider staying at this location in the future.

We had a blast staying here - my kids made themselves right at home immediately! My 4 year old loved the bunk beds and jetted tub and the crib was such a godsend for my one year old. It was the perfect location as well - we were so close to Storyland, the aquarium, Echo Lake, etc. We cannot wait to stay here next year!

Fabulous family vacation

This property provided a great escape from the pandemic. It was laid out efficiently and every member of our family of 5 was comfortable and had plenty of space.
