「They had cut down the trees in the back yard and the swing was broken and leanind on the back wall. The fountain was overgrown by weeds and there was no place to sit. The tv that is hooked up to an antenna and advertised to have 24 channels didnt work. They said we could log onto our own apps or use the ones that a previous person had left logged in. All of this was relayed to us by the cleaning lady who lives next door, not the manager. This is just a few of the problems.」

"Here’s how you can put that together: First, the hotel has no Wi-Fi, which prevents me from using my laptop to handle tomorrow’s work.
